Pros:

Ich hatte die Bewertungen zu vor gelesen und dort tauchte immer wieder auf, dass alle mitarbeitenden so freundlich seien … Ich war schon sehr gespannt darauf, wie es dann wirklich sein würde und kann dies absolut bestätigen, man ist bei jedem und jeder sehr, sehr, herzlich willkommen. WEITER SO !!!

Molto bello, immerso nella natura
Pros:

Posizione e vista stupende. Anche la camera era molto bella, spaziosa e sempre pulita

Cons:

I letti erano un po’ scomodi perché troppo duri. Poi c’erano tantissimi bambini piccoli (non sapevamo che fosse un hotel particolarmente incentrato su famiglie, errore nostro) e quindi c’erano tante urla e pianti purtroppo.

Csodálatos környezetben van. Stílusos berendezés. Wellness lehetőségek fantasztikusak. A recepción lévő hölgyek nagyon kedvesek. A szoba tiszta és kényelmes. A reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom. A vacsora is nagyon finom, különleges, gourme. Első napra foglalt masszázs kellemes környezetben volt profi környezettel és szakemberrel.

Cons:

A vacsora lehetőség nem a legjobb a kisgyerekes családok számára. 5 fogságból álló menü elérhető a felnőtteknek, amit 2 óra leforgása alatt sikerülne szervírozni. Ez 2 kisgyerekkel ,este 7 órás kezdéssel túrázós/aktív programok után lehetetlen végigülni. Jeleztük, de sajnos nem tudtak gyorsabban szervírozni. Több mint másfél óra után sajnos felálltunk, bár 2 fogás még hátra volt. Sajnáltuk, mert az ételek fantasztikusak voltak egyébként, de így más vacsorázási lehetőség után kellett néznünk esténként, ami kissé kényelmetlenné tette az ott tartózkodást. Roomservice elérhteő, felár ellenében.

Lefoglalt masszázst 20 perccel előtte lemondták az utolsó napon sajnos, ezt nem várnám ebben a kategóriában.

A szobában van kávésarok,amihez a bögreket használat után, volt hogy otthagyták/nem cserélték takarításnál amit ebben a kategóriában szintén nem vártam volna.

Ez egy kutyabarát hotel, amivel nincs is gond. Azonban legalább kétszer, hangos, hosszú kutyaugatásra ébredt az egész család még reggel 7 óra előtt.Talán érdemes lenne a kutyásokat olyan helyen elszállásolni, ahol szintén kutyás családok vannak csak.

Struttura quasi impeccabile in una location fantastica
Pros:

Fantastica posizioni, una delle migliori in Alto Adige. La vista sul Catinaccio toglie il fiato. La posizione della Spa esterna è spettacolare. Ogni ambiente è molto curato, pulizia eccellente, grande attenzione ai dettagli. Cucina di ottimo livello, carta dei vini corretta. Camera molto grande, ben insonorizzata.

Cons:

Il buffet della cena è piuttosto scarno comparato a quello di altri alberghi della stessa zona e/o della stessa categoria.
Il personale non sempre ha quelle attenzioni che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello, vedi ad esempio la rivelazione del costo della camera davanti a mia moglie (era un regalo) ed il check-in piuttosto freddo.
