Would not recommend at all.
Cons:

It’s a literal brothel. We made the mistake of not doing due diligence before booking. There’s all sorts of things happening in the place and all sorts of people there. You’ll see men dealing with women and negotiating prices for a night. Especially over the weekend, you’ll see women in lifts waiting to be approached by men. And while there is zero regulation for that, the management and the process of having guests over is horrible. Nobody knows what they are talking about and are severely incompetent.

It had access to the grocery store, play area and resturants

Cons:

The apartment wasn’t well maintained, glass on the main table was broken, lights in the bedroom were not working. There was just one remote for the AC moreover the staff barged into our apartment while we were inside during our stay saying they needed something from the cupboard which was totally unethical. Having access to the password of the apartment doesn’t mean they can come anytime while the guests are staying.

Extremely dirty and unsanatize apartment

Cons:

Apartment was very dirty. There was no front door lock and cleaning staff was entering the apartment without permission. Floor was extremely dirty and bedsheets has bad odor and spots. This is not five star apartment.

I booked apartment through booking.com and I waited in the lobby to get check in. And even I have called to staff more then 1 hour. But they didn't respond. And I have never seen such bad management in my life. If they doesn't want to rent their apartment then why do they post ads.

Horrible!
Pros:

Our confirmed full paid in advance reservation was cancelled citing the reason that current occupants weren’t vacating the property!! Absolutely pathetic management! Couldn’t find us an alternate even. The only good thing about this entire experience was that the refund was processed quickly!

Cons:

Very poor processes by the property management. They should have handled this much better knowing full well that they have confirmed bookings for these dates.

Cons:

Bathroom was very dirty. There was just one towel and wasn’t clean. One cupboard was locked. I would say the apartment was not five star as was rated online. It was rather three star.

I stayed on 7th floor at apartment 705. It was a beautiful apartment with nice terrace views..
Pros:

Thank you for your support on such a short stay. Very helpful people and kind to accommodate last minute requests. I recommend this property to guests traveling from Europe.

Everything was satisfactory to the level that we had extended our stay. Zohaib's team was kind enough to accommodate to our extension request for the same apartment desptie having overlapping reservations on our dates. Mehru the guest relations manager was kind. I would have given a 10 had the check inn process be made more guest friendly.

Cons:

I booked for my sister and her children visiting Pakistan. We booked at this building with a different profile. Turned out they did not have the apartment they committed and the alternative apartment was not as per our expectations. Luckily we stumbled on this profile, spoke to someone called Zohaib and ended up getting what we actually were expecting.
