Important information:

We do not have 24hr physical reception desk.
We operate with online check in and self check in, therefore: - all our guests are required to complete online check in through the link provided to them by email and accept to use self check in. If you have not completed the online checkin process (complete registration + provide time of arrival and working telephone number) before 16h on your date of arrival, you may be refused access to the building or charged an extra "special attendance fee".
We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room.
Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct.
We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine.
We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

A great few days in Alicante
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, rapport qualité-prix décent.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville, proche des bus touristiques, des restaurants et de la plages.

Le personnel a été très réactif pour régler rapidement quelques incidents techniques.

Cons:

Quelques points à améliorer : la propreté du sol laissait à désirer et l'accueil est resté assez neutre (+ un seul petit savon fourni pour une semaine).
En résumé, un séjour correct mais avec un rapport qualité-prix plutôt décent que bon. »

Ok for a one night stay.
Pros:

Location is good - close to the main promenade and getting the C6 bus to and from the airport.
Rooms are clean.

Cons:

Room is far to small but was ok for one night , no toiletries in the bathroom,
Bed was uncomfortable
It was our last night in Alicante and we ended up getting bitten by mosquitos in the room - air con was average.

Overall, a fantastic stay in a perfect central location — highly recommended
Pros:

Perfect location and exceeded our expectations!

The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and the very heart of the city. Everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep, so we didn’t feel the need to book breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. Since we had an evening flight and check-out was at 12 PM, they kindly let us use their luggage storage room, which was very convenient.

Overall, the hotel really lived up to our expectations and we had a great stay.

We stayed in a room without a balcony, which was perfectly fine for us. However, if you enjoy having fresh air and a balcony, I would definitely recommend booking one. Just keep in mind that, as the hotel is right in the city centre and the area is very lively, the rooms with balconies might also be a little noisier.

We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing we slightly regretted was not booking a room with a balcony. If you enjoy fresh air and having a balcony, I would definitely recommend choosing one. However, even though our room didn’t have a balcony, it was surprisingly quiet considering that the hotel is right in the city centre and the area is very lively.

The soundproofing in the hotel is around 8/10, you can here neighbors talking.
