Important information:

We do not have 24hr physical reception desk.
We operate with online check in and self check in, therefore: - all our guests are required to complete online check in through the link provided to them by email and accept to use self check in. If you have not completed the online checkin process (complete registration + provide time of arrival and working telephone number) before 16h on your date of arrival, you may be refused access to the building or charged an extra "special attendance fee".
We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room.
Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct.
We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine.
We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Worth the money.
Pros:

Location was amazing! Everything is close and yet it was very calm. Also, the place was cleaned every day.

Posizione top, a 1 minuto a piedi dalla Rambla e a 6 dalla spiaggia. La camera era davvero spaziosa, dotata anche di cassaforte e minifrigo. Letto grande, comodissimo. La pulizia della stanza veniva fatta giornalmente se richiesta. Belle le accortezze "tecnologiche": la porta si apriva con un codice scelto personalmente al momento del checkin online, due schermi dall'interno permettevano cliccandoli di richiedere o la pulizia della stanza o di non disturbare. Il wc giapponese con la tavoletta sempre riscaldata, lo specchio del bagno che non si appannava mai e collegabile al Bluetooth per ascoltare la musica. Nella nostra stanza non era presente la tv ma il videoproiettore, davvero carino! La camera era completamente insonorizzata. Molto chiare le informazioni ricevute tramite whatsapp dalla reception pre partenza e il giorno stesso dell'arrivo! Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratis al checkout in uno stanzino (info utile: nello stanzino troverete anche gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia lasciati dai vecchi clienti). Non capisco come faccia ad essere solo 2 stelle

Cons:

La scarsa quantità della carta igienica, la prima volta l'abbiamo chiesta in reception e ci è subito stata fornita, la seconda volta era tardi e ce la siamo comprata nello shop di fianco all'hotel. La stanza non era completamente buia ma di notte passava un po' di luce dalla finestra del bagno tramite la porta vetro, utile una mascherina per occhi. Un continuo rumorino dovuto probabilmente alla pompa della condensa del condizionatore

I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The location was excellent, 5 mins walking from the beach and St. Barbara castle. Staff was helpful. The room was in decent size and was clean . Bed was comfortable.The best and amazing part ;washroom was totally digitalised. Our only concern was AC, that actually turned out of order on the last night of our stay in July when there is severe weather warning with heat waves. The staff was considerate and tried enough but it was the world cup final night and Spain won 🏆 Naturally it was difficult to find a technician. However on next day when we were checking out, the hotel has refunded that night tariff. This is a good gesture and we really appreciate it. At the end I will definitely recommend this hotel. 🌸
