De centrale ligging dichtbij winkels, restaurants en op loopafstand de stad in.
Harde matras en geluidsoverlast van de straat. Aangezien er geen AC is en voor ventilatie de ramen open moeten kan het best rumoerig zijn.

Las habitaciones les falta ventilación, una vez abres la puerta huele como a guardado, la nuestra tenía balcón, dormimos con el balcón abierto para que ingresara aire

La atención del restaurante, ha mejorado mucho incluso ka calidad dek sabor en el desayuno.
Está cerca de lugares clave (supermercado, restaurantes, cafeterías, parque). Aunque hacia un lado del hotel no es tan seguro en las noches, en general no es dramático.
El aseo de las habitaciones es muy bueno.
En recepción, hay un joven que atiende muy bien, siempre alegre y servicial.
En recepción a veces atiende un señor canoso, ya un poco mayor, y su desempeño es deplorable, no por ser mayor y canoso, sino porque no le gusta lo que hace, se ve forzado, amargado y su presentación personal deja mucho que desear. El tipo no tiene idea de lo que es la atención al cliente y lo que implica trabajar en un hotel. Es un patán.
En cuanto al desayuno, aunque la atención es muy buena, en el plato siempre hay lo mismo, nunca varía y no hay opciones. 4 días comiendo lo mismo hace que uno tenga que salir del hotel a buscar restaurante para variar. Así, la opción "Desayuno incluido", no es la mejor. Repito, la atención en el restaurante es muy buena, pero no el desayuno.
