Pros:

Bad

Cons:

My guest didn't stay as the property didn't have lift facilities....My guest was unable to climb stairs as per doctor's advice....My request for free cancelation is not approved by the property...

I had to pay Booking.com without staying...as it is Booking.com responsibility to make sure that the property has all facilities...

I need my payment paid back to me immediately...
