Mala gestión durante nuestra salida del alojamiento

Las instalaciones y las vistas !

Cons:

Todavía no habíamos realizado el check-out ni entregado la habitación, y uno de los empleados ingresó de manera intempestiva para inspeccionar y controlar el lugar sin previo aviso ni autorización. Consideramos que esto fue una invasión a nuestra privacidad y una falta de respeto hacia los huéspedes.

Además, al momento de abonar un traslado que habíamos realizado el día anterior, nos informaron que no tenían conexión a internet e insistieron en que realizáramos el pago en efectivo. Sin embargo, nuestros teléfonos estaban conectados a la misma red y funcionaban correctamente, por lo que la explicación nos resultó poco convincente. Esta situación nos generó incomodidad y desconfianza.

Creemos que tanto el ingreso a la habitación sin autorización como los inconvenientes relacionados con el pago afectaron negativamente nuestra experiencia durante la estadía.

PRECIOSAS VISTAS Y PISCINA PRECIOSA
Pros:

La habitación es amplia y lujosa, con todo lo que se puede esperar. el cuarto de baño completisimo e incluso tiene además de la ducha, una bañera gigante con vistas al mar.
La PISICINA es espectacular.
El desayuno es muy bueno.
Hay un restaurante francés a 1 minuto caminando del hotel y es de lo mejorcito de toda la isla.

Cons:

No hay TV en la habitación.
El camino de acceso que son unos 2 kms, es muy malo y con muchos baches

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Nusa Penida mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal ist toll, umsorgend und ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Blick vom Infinity-Pool ist fantastisch. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da es nur wenige Gästezimmer gibt, ist es hier ruhig und oft hat man das Gefühl der einzige Gast zu sein. Der Verleih von Motorrädern oder Taxifahrten werden angeboten.

Cons:

Das WC ist der Qualität der Unterkunft nicht angemessen. Die Lage bietet wunderschönen Ausblick, ist aber recht abgelegen. Leider gibt es kein Restaurant im Haus und die Bar beschränkt sich auf einen verschlossenen Kühlschrank. Eine ganztägig besetzte Rezeption gibt es nicht.

Voor ons was het perfect.
Pros:

Supermooi en comfortabel ingericht, alles was perfect geregeld. Met speciale dank aan manager Putu en master driver Kadek die ons alle mooie plekjes van Nusa Penida hebben laten zien.

Cons:

Als je geen gebruik wil maken van de transport faciliteiten van de villa, dan heb je een scooter of auto nodig om de dichtstbijzijnde winkeltjes of restaurantjes te bezoeken. Lopen is heuvel op en heuvel af en ook best ver.

Pros:

El desayuno está buenísimo, recomiendo mucho incluirlo en la estancia, las vistas de la piscina y la habitación son impresionantes. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfría demasiado la habitación y la bañera no se podía cerrar bien el tapón y se escapaba el agua, la piscina hacía mucho ruido en la habitación de abajo.

Pros:

Die Aussicht vom Infinity Pool ist atemberaubend! Das Personal ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Manager war mit uns im ständigen Kontakt und hat uns bei jedem einzelnen Problem geholfen. Ich kann es jedem weiter empfehlen, das ist einzigartig.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber die Lage ist nicht optimal. Dafür kann man sich direkt an der Villa Roller mieten.

Pros:

Piscina molto bella, suggestiva. Comodo l’unico ristorante nei paraggi e raggiungibile a piedi in appena 2 minuti, peccato solo che sia davvero caro per essere in Indonesia ed abbia pochissima scelta. Colazione buona.

Cons:

Pulizia assolutamente da rivedere, sia della camera che delle lenzuola. Posizione davvero scomoda, irraggiungibile con uno scooter se non si vuole attentare alla propria vita (la strada é strettissima e in alcuni punti ci sono dirupi). Non è un hotel ma una casa vacanze e come tale non ha reception h24. Di notte è abbastanza inquietante dato il buio intorno. Prezzi spropositati per ciò che offre.

Het personeel was werkelijk fantastisch en enorm behulpzaam. Alles waar wij om vroegen werd direct opgepakt. De kamer was erg mooi, het uitzicht prachtig en het ontbijt was ontzettend lekker. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Cons:

Het bubbelbad bij het zwembad werkte helaas niet, dat was jammer. Daarnaast zou het goed zijn als het beddengoed en de handdoeken binnenkort worden vervangen. Ze waren wel schoon, maar hadden duidelijk vlekken en zijn gezien de prijsklasse toe aan vernieuwing.
