Excellent stay in Cairo — comfortable, clean, and highly recommended
Pros:

The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was excellent and close to everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was how kind, welcoming, and helpful the people there were. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this property

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection could sometimes be a little unstable, and there was a bit of noise at certain times. Other than that, everything was very good

كل شي ممتاز السرير مريح جددا جددا . المكان نظيف الموقع هادي كان النوم مريح الغرفة واسعة جدا وفيه طاولة طعام صغيرة .

Cons:

مافيه فطور - اخر دور تطلعه بالسلم مافي مصعد لكن الستاف يخدمك ويطلع اغراضك - ماكان فيه اطلالة جيدة . يمكن حسب موقع الغرفة .

بكل صراحة elegance tower رائع و جميل جدا ونظيف والأثاث جديد والموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات وتعامل الموظفين جدا راقي يعطيهم العافية وبالأخص الأستاذ جلال والعم هلال لهم كل الشكر والتقدير

كل شي تمام ونظيف وموقعه هادي و قريب من شارع جامعة الدول العربية عند الدخول جيت قبل الوقت المحدد لتسجيل الدخول وتعاملوا معي بكل احترافيه وقالوا ابشر نجهز لك الغرفه وتسكن وساعدني الاستاذ هشام الله يعطيه العافيه،، وعند الخروج طلبت تمديد الى الساعة 3 ولو بحسابه ولكن مدير الفندق الاستاذ محمد حسنين بنفسه رفض وقال خليك في شقتك لو جاء مستاجر اطلعك واسكنك في شقة ثانيه الى الساعه 3 وبلاش وبدون اي مبلغ اضافي قمة في التعامل والاحترام
