Во время нашей транзитной ночевки в ресторане отеля была свадьба, из альтернатив поужинать - только одна местная пиццерия рядом. Если кому-то принципиально - там водятся нехилые комары.

Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits zum wiederholten Male besucht, und unser Eindruck bestätigt sich mit jedem Aufenthalt aufs Neue: Dieses Haus setzt Maßstäbe. Was uns immer wieder zurückkehren lässt, ist neben dem fantastischen Ambiente vor allem der extrem professionelle Service in wirklich allen Bereichen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute absolut fantastisch. Was dieses Haus jedoch wirklich von anderen unterscheidet, ist der extrem professionelle Service in allen Bereichen.

Empfang & Rezeption: Schon beim Check-in wurden wir mit einer außergewöhnlichen Herzlichkeit und Professionalität empfangen. Der Ablauf war effizient, zuvorkommend und perfekt organisiert.

Gastronomie & Service: Ob beim Frühstück oder im Restaurant – das Servicepersonal agiert auf absolutem Spitzenniveau. Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam, kinder- und gastfreundlich, lesen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und arbeiten selbst bei hohem Betrieb vollkommen ruhig und strukturiert.

Housekeeping & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer und alle öffentlichen Bereiche sind makellos sauber. Das Reinigungsteam arbeitet extrem gründlich, diskret und mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Gesamteindruck: Hier greift jedes Rädchen perfekten Kundenservices ineinander. Man spürt in jeder Abteilung ein hohes Maß an Kompetenz, Engagement und echter Gastfreundschaft.

Csilivili, illatos hotel rémes vendégszeretettel. A recepciós kedves de az igazgató rémes.

Családok NE! Ide NE! Ne kövessétek el azt a hibát amit mi. Foglaláskor nem volt feltüntetve, hogy a gyerekeim nem használhatják a wellness részleget. Mi pont emiatt választottuk a hotelt és fizettünk magasabb árat. Foglalást követően miután kifizettem mindent, és nem volt visszaút, üzenetben értesítettek, hogy a gyerekeim a wellness részleget nem használhatják. Érkezéskor hiába kértem őket, hogy csak zárás előtt legalább fél órára mehessünk be, az igazgató azt üzente: NEM. A hotel kongott az ürességtől, hétköznapi nap volt. A gyerekek nem kicsik (9-11-13). És így is nemet mondott. Becsapva éreztük magunkat, a gyerekek sírtak, csalódottak voltunk. Nulla vendégszeretet egy üresen kongó csilivili hotelben. Aki teheti, messziről kerülje el. A bookingnak is elküldtem a reklamációnkat.
