Pros:

Good location.Similar vibe to a hostel. Would recommend staying with a group

Cons:

Needs slight design updating. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as rooms are up multiple flights of stairs.

Cons:

Les murs et plafonds sont très fins et on entendait tous les autres dans les chambres d'à côté et du dessus.
La salle de bain était moyennement propre et il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude le matin : nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher.
J'ai appelé pour avoir le code du wifi : on ne m'a jamais rappelé

We did not get what we paid for, not even the same hotel we booked

The town was beautiful

We paid for staying right downtown at the parliament inn, but upon arrival with multiple luggage bags in hand were attempting to ring the doorbell and was informed by some man that the parliament was closed for renovations that we weren't informed of. He said he will make a phone call and that we will receive an "upgrade"..... Which was completely incorrect. He told us to go down to the end of town to their sister hotel that we will be staying in. The place was cute, and very pink. However it was very far from where I paid to stay. The room was decent, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I was very disappointed to be moved far away from the area I wanted to stay in.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty and non functioning I ended up staying in another place.. for the price I payed it was horrendous.

Pros:

It's close to the city and there's a nearby car park around.

Cons:

The first room they gave it to me was not clean, the last person using the room left but they didn't clean it or check if it was clean until I have to tell them the room was messy. They apologize and they give me a different room which was in different locations.

Disappointing for what we paid.
Pros:

Comfortable beds & central location. Q park beside the accommodation.

Cons:

Black mould in the bathroom. Heat in the bathroom was awful. No hairdryer in room, lack of sockets. Shower ran cold water only. Sink leaked water underneath. Building was difficult to locate as very little signage.

Pros:

This is an amazing family run business. Every thing was effortless and Hazel and her amazing team were so helpful. They are in the middle of renovations atm and you wouldn't know. Every where was clean , fresh and just felt so comfortable. They were also so helpful with directions to an event we were attending and recommended lovely bars and restaurants throughout our stay. I would definitely stay again 100%. Thanks again for making our stay in kilkenny that bit more memorable. Kind regards
