Great stay, reasonable price, helpful staff
Pros:

I liked the location. It was pretty quiet and away from Broadway, but an easy walk to the Ryman. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I came to town mainly to see my favorite band The Pretty Reckless at the Ryman and not having to go far in the heatwave was a big plus. And the AC in the room worked great.

Cons:

My room was on a corner. Great view, but the curtain on the little window facing printers alley wasn’t quite large enough and the window was across from the bed. The lady at the front desk was helpful and provided some tape and trash bags that I could put up. Also it was mostly quiet but sometimes I could hear noise from the street. Mostly drunk people yelling at 2 am. But that didn’t happen very often.

Acceptable for a couple of days...
Pros:

Location was great! Matthew was amazing, he helped with our luggage!

Cons:

The front desk staff did not accommodate our request for a different room/floor. There was no fan in the bathroom to make sure odor doesn't spread. The Wifi was basically non-existent and could not be relied on for a simple browsing.

There was an overcharging error which reception staff were able to sort out. I was credited 24 hours after leaving.

we only choose it because of location to stadium
Pros:

the staff was very pleasant and attentive. check in and check out was fast and easy. the refrigerator in room worked well.

Cons:

there was no streaming service on the tv even after 3 employees tried to make it work. there aren't ice machines on every floor. carpet in hallways is stained and worn, floors in room are unattractive. room was so humid our clothes felt wet.

It was just far enough from broadway that it felt private, yet it was a perfect walk. The staff was so helpful and kind.

The floor is tile in the room, so it can be cold, but it was still fantastic.
