Ein toller Gasthof mit exzellentem Restaurant
Pros:

Der Chef persönlich hat uns begrüsst und uns gleich für einen bescheidenen Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit Bad angeboten (Ich hatte versehentlich ein Zimmer mit Bad auf der Etage gebucht). Er machte uns auch gleich darauf aufmerksam, dass wir mit dem entsprechenden Pass ausgerüstet die ÖV im Toggenburg während unseres Aufenthaltes gratis benutzen konnten und hat die Pässe auch gleich selbst ausgedruckt und uns aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend (Wildgerichte). Auch beim Frühstück wurden uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der natürlichen Gastfreundschaft und der Motivation des jungen Chefs und wünschen ihm mit seinem Betrieb nur das Beste.

Sehr freundlicher und höflicher Gastgeber . Modernes Bad mit viel Ablagefläche. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet hatte es leider weder Fleisch noch Früchte.

Das Nachtessen ist sehr gut und der Service ausgezeichnet.
Mein Oldtimer hatte hinter dem Haus ein Privatparkplatz ohne das ich darum gebeten habe.

Very good hotel with excellent location, service and food. You have to try the scrambled eggs!
Pros:

The service was excellent, the room was very nice and newly renovated. We had both dinner and breakfast and everything was very good with fresh local ingrediencies. Beautiful hiking paths near by.
