Pros:

Absolut enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte über Booking.com drei Zimmer gebucht und den gesamten Betrag bereits im Voraus bezahlt. Kurz vor dem Check-in wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft mir keine Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen könne, weil es einen Eigentümerwechsel gegeben habe und meine Buchung angeblich noch beim alten Besitzer eingegangen sei.

Dadurch standen wir mit 5 Personen ohne Unterkunft da und mussten uns kurzfristig um eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit kümmern. Das hat uns viel Zeit, Stress und Ärger gekostet.

Dass interne Probleme zwischen altem und neuem Betreiber auf die Gäste abgewälzt werden, ist aus meiner Sicht inakzeptabel. Zum Glück hat Booking.com die Buchung anschließend kostenfrei storniert und die Erstattung veranlasst, aber der entstandene Aufwand und die Unsicherheit hätten vermieden werden können.

Ich würde diese Unterkunft aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nichts, wurde seitens des Hotels vorher storniert, mein Geld habe ich bis dato nicht zurück, trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung

Freundliche Aufnahme, gute info zum Aufenthalt

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlen noch 2 Stühle und eine Koffer Ablage. Ein paar Ablage Möglichkeiten im Bad fehlen noch.
Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu , es fehlt noch ein bisschen der letzte Schliff.
Störend war der Rauch Geruch in der Rezeption.
