Would not recommend this property. Very small rooms and overpriced.
Pros:

The view out our window

Cons:

Too small of rooms. Hard to find even with GPS. Had to check in through a bar. We are non drinkers so this was a bit disturbing for us.

Great location but poorly run hotel with no amenities - would not recommend.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and very walkable. The lobby and communal spaces are trendy and well decorated.

Cons:

The room offered 0 amenities or conveniences - no fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker. But our biggest issue was with housekeeping: our sheets were dirty upon arrival and they did not visit our room once during our 3 day stay to make the beds, take out the trash or refresh the room AT ALL. We had to flag the dirty sheets TWICE before the beds were changed and when they were changed, the trash and dirty towels were left behind.

Beautiful inside hotel layout! Nice staff! Great location! Grab closet convenient!

Cons:

Bed layout not great hard to close curtains unless stepping on the bed.. No mini fridge. No free parking !

Pros:

I loved hanging out at the bar and chatting with the staff during this solo trip! They made my days there wonderful!

Cons:

I had no problems whatsoever the building and room was beautiful the rooftop restaurant was delicious and stunning. And the staff was phenomenal.

Pros:

I likes the modern vibe and proximity to downtown, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The parking deck was a little confusing, we were not alone searching for our car at times.

Great location, but missing a couple key things.
Pros:

I loved the location. It was less than a minute walk to the Orange Peel. The staff was very kind and approachable.

Cons:

It was a little confusing that I had to pay for parking. The hotel details that were emailed to me made it seem like parking was included. Please make that more clear. A little refrigerator or a microwave would have rocked my world. These are pretty standard at most hotels. Also, the bathroom sink being located outside of the bathroom was weird and not convenient.

Pros:

Literally everything. Check in is so easy, every single staff member greets you & is polite.
We have stayed before & will never stay anywhere else in Asheville.

Cons:

The only missing thing is breakfast. A light continental would be fine. Other than that I have no suggestions.
