The property felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The rooms were extremely small and lacked many of the amenities I typically expect, such as a coffee maker, lotion, and even multiple trash cans—there was only one in the room. The wall pegs could also be improved by adding hooks to the ends so that bags and clothing don't easily slide off.
Some of the shared facilities were inconvenient as well. Getting ice required a long walk, and the pool area was disappointing. About half of the lounge chairs were reserved. Before my stay, I was told online that reserving chairs cost $20, but when I asked the front desk, I was told they were available for $50 instead. Charging hotel guests $50 to reserve pool chairs seems excessive.
The pool itself is quite small considering it serves two hotels, so it became very crowded. There were often no available chairs in the general seating area, which made it especially difficult for families to find a place to sit. Pool service was also limited—the bartender only served guests who came to the bar and did not provide service around the pool.

Room was small. The bathroom walls are frosted glass so you wake up your partner when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Glass also doesn’t keep bathroom noises contained very well. I won’t return because of this one issue.

Rooms were small and there was no coffee pot in the room!

We had some medication that needed to be kept cool/refrigerated. It would be nice if they at least had a little mini fridge in the room. Also if you stay in the hotel the parking fee should be included. I know it’s a city garage but it seems like they could make an arrangement with the city.

too big of a bed for the room. not even a chair in room. no desk, no frig, no coffee maker. no breakfast

The rooms were not very clean. Such as the floor, im use to brand new toilet paper being put into rooms, this wasnt like that. There was hand print smears on the shower door. It looked ok over all, bed was made, but for 300 1 night for a small king room, it couldve been better

The rooms were tiny and the storage was non-existent. No closets. And the sound insulation to the bathroom was non-existent which meant there was no real privacy. The pillows were also horrible.

Too small of rooms. Hard to find even with GPS. Had to check in through a bar. We are non drinkers so this was a bit disturbing for us.
