Good location
I don’t like how there’s always noise in the morning from the other people in the building. Staff are rude and always leave the main door open in the morning for no reason

It was immaculately clean and very well furnished with all the amenities listed and most helpful was the working air condition. I would remind this place also because the shops heavy are open24/7 and the place is safe and neat to transport. It is a great deal.
Perfect location for links to central London, Air Con was a great treat!
Very noisy, could hear neighbours walking/moving around and outside noise, cleaning needs a little more attention windowsills were filthy and full of dead flys. No bottle opener in room either

The room smelt and also the staircase smelt.
It was self service and the TV worked that was about it
Where do I start, the bed had hair and stains all in it, the sink was held on to the wall by a thread, the room was INSANELY hot the fan they provided broke, the shower didn’t have any hot water, the staff when you ring the number answer listen to your problem and then ignore you, the wardrobes had no handles and place hadn’t been cleaned
The apartment is clean and well equipped. The communication was very good, we were given a second door opening card upon request.

Needed updating, not clean behind lockers or skirting boards. Security not good as people entering building who didn’t appear to be guests. People trying to enter my room at 4:30 am
All cooking facilities were available and the self check in.
We arrived to no toilet roll, a bed fan that had been on all day causing the room to be extreme, uncomfortable temperature. The wardrobe door handle was missing. No hot water in the apartment. Blinds, windows, walls and bedding were dirty.
Kitchen well equipped, bed clean and comfortable, nice bed linen.
No stair rails (difficult for us, being elderly people carrying luggage) - this is illegal; bathroom door squeaky; shower cubicle door handle falling off; shower leaking badly in pipe up to shower head; no hot water in shower or any other taps; front door and doors to individual flats were noisy, thus waking us up when other people were going in and out; on door of left hand bedside cabinet, the bottom hinge was disconnected.
