Comfortable lodging but unsatisfactory boarding.
Pros:

I liked the way staff treated the guests, the cleanliness of the room and the location of the property.The ambience during our stay was lovely and pleasant .

Cons:

Very much disappointed with the breakfast provided in the property. Only a few varieties of food items were found in the menu. They should have definitely served the traditional kerala food items and south Indian dishes.

A decent hotel
Pros:

Nice staff, spacious rooms, cleanliness

Cons:

Very crowded neighbourhood. No proper area outside the hotel, its just the road. Very difficult to get down from the car.

Best 2bhk stay for family Calicut . Value for money
Pros:

Well laid out rooms,staff and Manager quite customers friendly, assisted us wen needed,nice location mainly if we need to visit Mims hospital to treat / attend someone .

No restaurant in property can have one..

Air Conditioning was worse.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The ac doesn't work at all. It was hot and we complained about the AC, but there wasn't any rectification.
