Stay was horrible

We booked the room as per the description of 3 separate beds for 3 people while reaching they provided us a single bed and asked for 50 sar extra for room with 3 seperate beds, it was clearly showing 3 seperate beds while booking and it was mentioned 3 people in our search list but still ignored our request and we were forced to take the room becoz it was late night and we were provided an extra matress which was very difficult to sleep in and had a horrible night.also room was not properly cleaned no extra towels were provided.

I felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were accommodating. It smells clean and good.

Cons:

The door was a little bit difficult to close but there was a double lock in it so I felt safe.

Staff .
Specifically Mr Mehboob.
He is not only very polite, helpful but also highly responsible person.
I would like to elaborate one incident where I had forgotten my shoulder bag at reception area . My passport and Cash were inside the bag and to my surprise I was not even aware of my bag being left at reception area .
After completing all my day work , Mr Mehboob gently reminded me about my bag and EVERYTHING INSIDE THE BAG WERE AS IT IS WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING MOVED OR REMOVED.
I am highly impressed with his care taking nature.
Highly important during your stay at any Hotel.

Cons:

Although bathroom size of the room allotted was reasonable but The shower area of the bathroom was very small.
