Загалом, дуже хороше співвідношення "якість-ціна".
Pros:

Задоволені помешканням. Господарі - дуже гостинні (залишили багато фруктів, базові продукти, це дуже приємно, коли приїжджаєш з довгої подорожі), готові порадити все, що потрібно, і допомогти. Чисто. Є всі необхідні речі для комфортного перебування на кілька днів. Розташування у пішій доступності від центру (близько 30 хв пішки).

Cons:

Район трішки "не туристичний" — виглядав нам не надто безпечним, і потрібно було перейти широку автостраду, щоб дістатися до помешкання. Поруч з квартирою працює автомайстерня, бувало шумно до пізнього вечора.

Heerlijk appartement die goed betaalbaar is en op loopafstand van de stad.
Pros:

Goed betaalbaar appartement in de buurt van de stad.. lopend goed te doen!
Chris is erg betrokken en heeft veel tips...
Het apartment was schoon en fijn. Al het extra,s wat er voor ons stond was erg attent en lief.en de prijs was goed betaalbaar voor in de stad. Dank je wel Chris voor alles!
Je was snel bereikbaar, konden om hulp vragen waar nodig.. het was top!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar als we iets moeten aangeven is dat de bed bank iets hard is dat is persoonlijk dus niet iets wat echt tegenvalt maar voor ons was het wat hard en wat klein voor 2 personen.
Maar dat viel allemaal in het niets bij alles wat er wel was en hoe attent Chris is, hoe behulpzaam en vriendelijk..

Çok şık her şey güzeldi. İkramlar mobilyalar hatasızdı. Arabayı kapı önüne koydum. Çarşı yürüyerek 15 dk civarı hep yürüyerek gezdim . Sizede tavsiyem her yer yürüme mesafesi

Отличный вариант за свои деньги
Pros:

Снимали на 4 ночи в начале июля 2026. Квартира превосходная в хорошем районе. До центра всего 30 минут пешком. Так же рядом общественный транспорт. Дружелюбные соседи. Большое спасибо владельцу за поддержку при заселении. Цена качество отлично.

Wypoczynek z rodziną
Pros:

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był naprawdę udany. Wnętrze jest przepięknie urządzone – z wyjątkowym wyczuciem połączono antyczne detale z nowoczesnym stylem, co tworzy elegancki i bardzo przyjemny klimat. Apartament jest komfortowy, a nowe, wydajne klimatyzatory zapewniają pełen komfort nawet w upalne dni. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne, dzięki czemu można świetnie wypocząć.

Właściciel był niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny. Komunikacja przebiegała sprawnie od początku do końca, a na powitanie czekał na nas miły prezent – kosz słodkości, świeżych owoców oraz butelka wina, co było bardzo sympatycznym gestem.

Wi-Fi działało bez zarzutu i było szybkie. Lokalizacja również jest dużym atutem – do centrum Aten można dojść spacerem w około 15 minut prostą drogą. Blisko znajduje się również tętniąca życiem dzielnica Psiri z licznymi świetnymi restauracjami i pubami. Dodatkowym plusem jest możliwość bezproblemowego parkowania na ulicy – zawsze znajdowało się wolne miejsce. Tuż za rogiem znajduje się także stacja benzynowa, co jest bardzo wygodne dla osób podróżujących samochodem.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament i z przyjemnością zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie.

Pros:

Apartamentele sunt mari si dotate cu tot ce este nevoie, nu am folosit bucataria .Am fost asteptati cu fructe si mici gustari (biscuiti, salatini, covrigei, ceai) foarte apreciate de copiii. A avut de asemenea o terasa foarte frumoasa, pe care am folosit o zilnic. De asemenea un aparat de facut cafea, am primit si capsule. Paturi si perne confortabile. Are si Aer conditionat, desi l-am folosit foarte putin. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna. Acces usor in apartamente, pe baza de self checkin. Aproape de Monastiraki - 15 min mers jos

Cons:

Distanta pana la metrou- cam 15 min mers pe jos.
In fata apartamentului este un service auto- erau destul de galagiosi, mai ales la prima ora.
