Buena ubicación
Pros:

Personal muy amable, muchos detalles de aseo personal, aguas, snacks, buena ubicación y dimensión del apartamento.

Cons:

Instalaciones muy antiguas, necesita una urgente renovación, limpieza justita “lo que la suegra ve”.

Lo mejor para grupos
Pros:

Si eres un grupo grande este hotel es perfecto para ti, ya que tiene como un apartamento para todos en la última planta. Muy espacioso y limpio, con camas grande y cómodas, un salón, 3 baños, lavadoras, secadora…. Y con desayuno buffet incluido. Tenían un restaurante con desayunos chinos y otro para europeos así que genial.

Pros:

Difficile de faire mieux à tous points de vue. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Logement très spacieux et confortable. Le service de taxi gratuit pour se rendre ou venir de la gare est un vrai plus. Le téléphérique pour Tianmen Mountain est accessible en 20 minutes de marche. Je recommande vivement !

Pros:

Todo. La atención, el trato, la comida, la ubicación... Está al lado de la estación central para visitar la puerta al cielo. Tienen desayuno continental también cosa que agradecí mucho porque en otros solo encontraba opciones asiáticas.Tienen una tienda justo en la puerta del hotel. Habitaciones enormes y cómodas. Servicio de secadora gratis. Te recogen y dejan en el aeropuerto o estación de tren sin coste.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado se activa por la noche varias veces y suena muy fuerte, como un extractor. Me despertó varias veces y eso que suelo coger el sueño profundo.

Pros:

Superlief personeel, fijne grote kamer en de prijs is echt top! Met een Didi ben je overal zo en dat is super! Beneden in het hotel zit een winkeltje waar je van alles kunt kopen, dat is ook fijn.

Cons:

Het ontbijt...een hele lieve dame die het verzorgt, dat was echt zo!! maar alles is taai en oud en zonder smaak, behalve de watermeloen. Wij dachten dat er restjes van het diner van de dagen ervoor werden gepresenteerd. Ze kwam met tupperware bakjes en leegde die in de warmhoudschalen...echt niet zo fijn... Nu is het ook een heel goedkoop hotel, maar het heeft wel 5 sterren...dan hoop je gewoon op een fijn ontbijt en wij zijn echt niet veeleisend maar dit was echt ver beneden de maat helaas, eerlijk is eerlijk.

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable avec de très belles et grandes chambres .
Le personnel est très agréable et répond avec professionnalisme à toutes les demandes.
Et ils vous accompagnent gratuitement à l’aéroport.

Cons:

Peut-être un peu excentre avec très peu de commerces autour.
Mais avec les taxis ce n’est pas un inconvénient.

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel à cause du service à la clientèle qui doit être amélioré

Le confort de la chambre et la propreté ainsi que la gentillesse de la dame qui s occupé du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel . Certains manquent de patience quand on a besoin d aide. Aussi le chauffeur de la navette vers l aéroport qui a commencé à rouler alors que je n etais pas completement dans la voiture. J aurais pu me blesser. Le chauffeur ne s est même pas excuse. Il est resté indifférent.
