Pros:

Izza is wonderful on every level. The rooms, the breakfast, the rooftop and the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Brilliant!
Pros:

Such a beautiful riad and the staff were incredible!

Only 2 loungers at the pool but that was fine for us as we were there to sunbathe

Relaxing and luxurious
Pros:

Amazing decor and such a relaxing vibe. Attention to detail was top notch.

Cons:

It could be a little noisy in the evening from the rooftop bar and restaurant. But understand the doors to the rooms are original so not sound proof. The noise level was not too late but if you want to turn in early take ear plugs! Do not let this prevent you from staying because it is amazing.

Artistic, sophisticated, stylish hotel in a quiet part of the medina
Pros:

Exquisite boutique hotel filled with art, including some of Sebastiao Salgado’s iconic portraits from the Amazon. Sophisticated and stylish. Cosmopolitan, but still utterly Moroccan. Elegant but not formal. Charming rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Rooms could be more spacious.

The most beautiful Riad. The decor and attention to detail is incredible. It is stunning. The food was wonderful and the Hammam a real experience. It was incredible and I’d thoroughly recommend

Fantastisk
Pros:

Fantastiskt upplevelse. Bästa hotellet jag bott på.
Vi skulle ursprungligen bara bo första halvan av vår resa hos Izza. Men efter ha bytt till vårt nya hotell så insåg vi att vi saknade Izza så mycket så vi valde att boka ett rum och komma tillbaka sista delen av resan också.

STUNNING property, top-notch breakfast, incredible staff, highly recomend!
Pros:

Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had (better croissants than I had in Paris)! Stunning design and details everywhere. Every corner was thoughtfully curated. I would highly recommend this riad/hotel to anyone, but especially to someone who appreciates good design/ aesthetic interiors.

Cons:

Only issue was at night, I think it was shortly after the restaurant closed there were very loud sounds coming from the window by the bed (we stayed in Marella room); I think it was them gathering all the trash and the empty bottles would clang and it was very loud, basically couldn't sleep until they were done and I even brought my noise machine but it didn't help enough; lasted for a while too, at least 30 minutes/ up to an hour each night. Otherwise, the Marella room was fabulous! Also, location of hotel was a little tricky figuring out how to get there through all the little alleyways and most taxis didn't take you very close (like 5-10 min walk to get there still), but once you get the hang of it, it's fine (although if you are not a seasoned traveler/comfortable navigating, you may consider getting a riad/hotel closer to the main driving roads within the medina) - I definitely recommend booking a taxi pickup through the hotel to bring you there at least the first time as they hire taxis that will drop you off much closer to the entrance. And also scheduling one when you leave if you have a decent amount of luggage.

Exceptional
Pros:

Izza is a haven of peace and tranquility. It is also very Cool, we loved the artwork all over the Riad. Most of all we would like to note how exceptional the staff are. They just could not be more helpful - all of them!

Cons:

One thing I’d say is - sleeping under a duvet in such high heat is difficult! A single sheet would be good. Even with the air con it was still hot under that baby
