Excellent location, friendly staff, and spotless rooms—an enjoyable and comfortable stay!
Pros:

I had a great stay at PassGo Hotel. The location is excellent and made it very convenient to get around. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was spotless, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

First of all the location near to Lrt comuter stations. The setup really spacious and mostly European concepts...
Air conditioning very cold all the time

Cons:

The toilet detail cleanliness looks poor.
Stains can be seen all over bathing area and toilets too..stayed for 3 days hardly seen any cleaner.
The bed spring noisy while turning

A nice stay
Pros:

This basic hotel was perfect for my needs: comfortable room with enough space for one person, kitchen facilities (microwave, fridge, hot water), good shower. Staff were very friendly and kind

The air conditioning in the room is very cold, even despite staff kindly trying to turn it down
