We spent seven wonderful days in Dionisiou Roses from 6 - 13 September. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a lovely balcony with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is right in the center of Dionisiou and close to the beach.

Много любезен и отзивчив домакин. Апартамента е чист и има всичко необходимо в него. Има голяма и хубава тераса. Намира се на много централно място. Посещаваме го за пореден път. Има и възможност за свободно паркиране.

Un sejur relaxant cu experiente placute
Pros:

Camera curata, saltele bune, confortabile, seif, zona linistita, sigura, numai buna pentru sejur cu familia, plaja intinsa, nisip cu pietricele mici, salvamar, sezlonguri in pretul unei bauturi, destul spatiu si pentru cearceafuri, apa cristalina, la intrarea in mare sunt pietricele mici apoi stanca aprox 1 metru pe care am vazut arici de mare prinsi, dupa care nisip fin, mancare buna si bauturi la preturi decente

Nu neaparat o problema, este bordura dusului, datorita faptului ca e prea mica este cam greu sa nu dai apa pe langa si din pacate sa o duci pe papuci prin camera, dar am pus un prosop si am rezolvat

I would like to praise the communication of the owner, Mr. Alexandros, the way the keys were provided upon arrival. He was really interested in how satisfied we were with our stay. We had apartment no. 301 on the third floor, which is actually the attic. The apartment also included an open terrace with seating (table and two chairs) and a raised bar seating area where we had breakfast and dinner. The terrace has an area of ​​approximately 3x6 m. The bedroom is approximately 3x3 m, the kitchen approximately 2x2 m and the bathroom approximately 1x2 m.
The location of the air conditioning was excellent, as it did not blow directly onto the bed and there were mosquito nets.

Cons:

Raised bar seating area where we had breakfast and dinner is uncomfortable and the accompanying table is very small.
The kitchen equipment is only basic, we appreciated the electric kettle. The big drawback was the missing dishcloth, the dish drainer was in the cupboard on a shelf. I have never understood the logic of apartment owners who put two glasses, two plates for the main meal, two plates for soup in a double apartment... If I prepare food on a plate, I have nowhere to put vegetables, fruits and other parts of the meal, I have to put them on the table.
I want to warn you, the resort has a problem with water during long dry days. We had no water in the evening during our nine-day stay 2x. It is very unpleasant when you don't know whether you will take a shower or how to solve the toilet.
