Everyone is immensely polite, approachable, and eager to help no matter what you ask. They treated us with the utmost respect, chatted with us naturally, and made us feel right at home. We didn't have to lift a single heavy thing, as they happily carried all our luggage and bags for us.An unforgettable gesture by the ownerWe were completely blown away by the owner's hospitality. When we couldn't find a product we needed, he noticed our struggle. Without saying a word, he went out, bought the product for us, and brought it back. When we tried to pay him, he absolutely refused to take our money, not wanting to accept a single euro! We have never experienced such pure kindness and generosity.We will definitely return here at all costs! Anyone who gets the chance to visit Hurghada should absolutely choose this resort. You will not regret it!

Scandal hôtel
Pros:

La taille de la chambre était spacieuse, le lit confortable

Cons:

On doit contacter notre hôte pour que les femmes de ménage passent, mais on doit être présents quand elles font le ménage (en plus elle ne passent que de 8h a 16h donc il y a des jours où on ne peut pas les faire venir). La Clim a fuit, on a dû attendre l’hôte 1h avant qu’il daigne se présenter (1x d’abord, mais quand on est revenu, c’était encore pire donc il a dû se présenter à nouveau). Il y a eu une coupure d’eau aussi et encore une fois il a fallu attendre. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien. Les mesures d’hygiène pour la piscine sont déplorables : les gens se baignent en vêtement d’extérieur, mangent et boivent dans la piscine. Les femmes de ménage font leur travail à moitié : pas de changement de serviettes et pas d’ajout de rouleau de papier toilette. Il a fallu se battre 1h avec l’hôtel avant d’avoir tout ça car notre hôte ne répondait pas. Nôtre hôte Hashem est peu voir pas joignable, la réception de l’hôtel est inutile car tout doit passer par l’hôte, alors quand on a des galères, il faut se battre et crier partout pour obtenir gain de cause. L’hôtel n’est pas propre, les finitions sont pourries (et l’hôtel est encore en travaux alors s’ils font le reste comme tout ce qu’ils ont déjà fait, ça craint : on a eu la poignée du robinet qui nous est restée dans la main). Le petit déjeuner est déplorable (nous ne sommes pourtant pas des personnes compliquées) et en dehors de l’hôtel, dans un café à côté avec des denrées douteuses…. De plus, le bruit des travaux est parfois pesant.
Bref, énormément de galères que nous ne devrions pas subir avec un hôtel « 5 étoiles ». Heureusement que le séjour à Hurghada s’est bien passé, mais le gros point noir de ce séjour est cet hôtel (un autre client de l’hôtel a réservé ailleurs en plein séjour à cause de toutes ces raisons). The moment I stepped into the room, I felt a warm and cozy atmosphere — as if I had just arrived home. There was a sense of harmony and calm throughout the space, making it incredibly easy to relax. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there was a washing machine available.
In the bathroom, I found a complete set of toiletries as well as slippers, which added a lovely touch of comfort. From the balcony, I could enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the beach, making every morning feel special.
I would also like to highlight the hosts — Amira, Sherif, Mustafa, and the rest of the team. They are truly wonderful people. The service was always fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. No matter what question or request I had, someone was always ready to assist with a smile.
Overall, this accommodation offered the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.
