Amazing bed, great location and good breakfast

Cons:

The place didn’t quite meet our expectations. There’s nothing really bad to say, but we expected it to feel a bit more thoughtfully designed.

For example, the towels were quite small, the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so water ended up everywhere, and there wasn’t much natural light. We expected a little more from a hotel of this level.

מושלם!!!

הכל!! מיקום מושלם.
פקידת הקבלה שילמה באמצעות הטלפון הפרטי שלה, דו"ח שקיבלנו מהמשטרה. הדבר חסך ממני ללכת לבנק ולשלם בעצמי.
ביום האחרון ביקשנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר בשעה 07:00 (חדר האוכל נפתח בשעה 08:00). DONA אחראית חדר האוכל, וכל הצוות שלה, הגיעו במיוחד מוקדם כדי שנאכל מוקדם ונגיע לטיסה.
יש חניה במלון!! על בסיס מקום פנוי, אך תמיד שהגענו היתה חניה.

Потрясающая локация! Для первого путешествия в Тбилиси это идеальное место, чтобы остановиться и проникнуться атмосферой старого города. Рядом находятся главные достопримечательности, включая театр Резо Габриадзе, а также множество прекрасных ресторанов.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля, особенно команду ресторана, где проходят завтраки. Это потрясающие люди - открытые, доброжелательные, приветливые и очень внимательные к гостям.
Завтраки тоже были великолепными: все очень вкусно, разнообразно и приготовлено с душой.

Cons:

Несмотря на очень удобное расположение отеля, стоит учитывать, что здесь может быть довольно шумно. При открытых окнах хорошо слышна музыка из соседних ресторанов, а в Тбилиси салюты могут запускать даже в час или два часа ночи.
Также хотелось бы отметить довольно странную градацию категорий номеров. Мы бронировали несколько номеров для компании из восьми человек, и один из них должен был быть более высокой категории. Однако на практике этот номер оказался меньше и менее удобным, чем некоторые номера более низкой категории.
«Суперлюкс с террасой» оказался узким, с очень маленькой ванной комнатой. Складывается впечатление, что статус «суперлюкса» обусловлен исключительно наличием ванны на террасе, которой, по сути, пользоваться не хотелось. Кроме того, в номере есть окно во всю стену, выходящее в коридор (лобби) отеля. Несмотря на плотные шторы, ночью через него все равно проникал свет.
Еще один существенный недостаток — недостаток мест для хранения вещей. В номере очень маленький шкаф, всего две-три вешалки и совсем нет полок. Утюг также практически не справляется со своей задачей, поэтому привести одежду в порядок было сложно. В результате значительную часть вещей пришлось оставить в чемодане, так как полноценно разместить гардероб в номере было невозможно.

Albergo molto bello e moderno, camera accogliente e pulita. Il quartiere era molto turistico e vicino alla zona termale (consigliato per la vicinanza alla zona)

Il quartiere dell'albergo era troppo turistico, l'albergo non ha parcheggio quindi bisogna parcheggiare esternamente, scaricare un'applicazione ed inserire il parchimetro da lì

Overall, the hotel is nice, but in my opinion it is quite expensive for what it offers
Pros:

Very clean. Good and nice gym. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish interior, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

the biggest downside was the noise from the main street. We had an early flight at 5:00 AM, so we needed a good night’s sleep, but the constant traffic noise made that impossible. We even used earplugs, but they didn’t help.

Parking is also challenging. Because the hotel is located in the city center with a one-way traffic system, if you drive past the entrance you have to go all the way around the block again through very busy streets.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet or staying only one night before an early flight, I wouldn’t recommend it. The excellent staff deserve credit, but the noise and parking situation took away from the overall experience.

The best hotel experience we had in Georgia!!
Pros:

The hotel is a relatively new property in a very convenient part of old Tbilisi. While historic in style, it’s super chic and modern in conveniences. Our room was stunning and so comfortable…Plenty of space, a clean modern bathroom, a nespresso machine, and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend and would return again and again.
