Pros:

Het personeel deed hun best.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was verschrikkelijk slecht, amper iets gezonds te krijgen; vaak geen brood, fruit of eieren, laat staan een plakje kaas. Op een koffietas moest je ook altijd wachten. Enkel toastbrood gekregen, maar geen toaster.
De eerste dag hadden we geen stromend water, dus geen douche kunnen nemen of naar de wc gaan.
Koffiemachine in de kamer, maar er waren geen capsules beschikbaar, zelfs niet om aan te kopen.
Rondom het hotel was het één bouwwerf. Langs de 3 kanten waren ze nieuwe gebouwen aan het zetten; constant van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat lawaai. Vreselijk!

Pros:

Śniadania je się przy basenie z widokiem na morze. Zadbana przestrzeń wspólna. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Dość szeroki wybór na śniadaniach. Pokój i łazienka w porządku. Kosmetyki były dostępne w pokoju. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Widok z pokoju akurat na budowę, ale pokój był na rogu budynku, więc można było zobaczyć morze jak się wychyliło.

Cons:

Detale mówiące o jakości. Jedna ściana w pokoju była pomalowana na czarno, ale przy okazji czarna farbą były pomazane listwy przypodłogowe oraz sufitowe, a także lustro na tej ścianie :)
Miałyśmy wynajęte miejsce w garażu podziemnym - bardzo mało miejsca na auto.

Тісний підземний паркінг на великому авто складно.Сніданок яйця і нарізка , маловато як для сніданку. Але солодкого багато.

The staff is lovely, the location is great, the view was nice from our room.

Cons:

Parking spots are limited, even though it was said that we had free parking, those spots were limited and the garage parking was chargeable which was not expected.

Не плохой отель, если вы хотите пляжный отдых, тк вокруг пляжная инфраструктура с большим количеством кафе и ресторанов! Широкая пляжная полоса! Сам отель относительно чистый и комфортный для проживания! Отличный обслуживающий персонал! Ребята все турки, говорят по английски! Очень учтивые и чувством юмора! Всегда плмогут! У нас был номер полулюкс с видом на море - для троих! Размер номера хороший! Мебель удобная! Ванная комната достаточно комфортные! Вид на пляж и море красивые!

Cons:

Не понравилась уборка номера, всегда забывали про полотенца, положит два или одно, а нас трое! Потом приходилось бегать по отелю и искать полотенца! Ни разу за 6 дней не полодили чай, кофе и сахар! Как выпили все в первый день так и ждали до последнего дня! Завтраки очень обыкновенные для 4 звезд! Хотя мы женщины непритязательные, но если честно очень скудно! Вобщем бывают отели 4 звезды приближены к уровню 5 звезд, этот отель больше тянет к 3 звездам по антуражу и обслуживанию! Стройка рядом, скоро перед отелем возведут корпус и вида на море не будет! Сейчас весь вид портят сваи и котлован прчмо перед бассейном и морем! В целом жить можно! Но хочется немного лоска, всё какое то обыкновенно - простое... Да и от будвы далековато - мы посещали Будву на авто... иначе далеко пешком! И вечером в отеле очень шумно тк в ресторанах поют всю ночь напролет.... да так громко что при закрытых окнах очень слышно! Но если на это все не обращать внимания - можно отдохнуть! Но я бы выьрала другой отель...

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a week to celebrate my 30th birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge disappointment.
Our biggest concern was a serious safety hazard, as the glass on our balcony was broken for the entire duration of our stay, making it impossible to use the balcony safely. Furthermore, the rooms were far from clean. We had to request fresh towels multiple times before receiving any, and our room was in poor condition, featuring a dirty chair and strange stains on the walls.

Communication was extremely difficult because most of the staff were unfriendly and the majority did not speak any English. We were also misled regarding promotions; we were led to believe we would receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our birthday celebration, but to our surprise, it was added to our bill as a paid item. Additionally, the cocktail menu was largely unavailable because the bar was out of ingredients, and a large construction site directly in front of the hotel completely ruined the view and the atmosphere.

Towards the end of our stay, after we made several complaints, the service improved slightly. However, these fundamental issues persisted throughout our visit and ensured the experience fell far short of what is expected from a 4-star hotel. Overall, this stay cast a shadow over our special birthday trip, and I would not recommend this hotel. We also did not receive any reimbursement of the problems encountered but hotel refused it.
