Удобное расположение, близко к морю. Номер был чистый, персонал вежливый.

Cons:

1) Отсутствовал дверной бейдж в номере. Я просил выдать его 2 раза, но просьба не была удовлетворена. В итоге, пока я был в постели, горничная открыла дверь и нарушила приватность

2) Завтрак средний, кофе очень плохой. Единственный напиток, который можно было нормально пить — вода.

3) Не актуализированы фото вида из номера. Идет стройка, вид меняется. Я заселился в номер с видом на горы, но вид был на строящееся здание.

Everything taking so long like need to ask toilet paper each day 7 times cuz the cleaner didn’t clean out room because we are from Israel and not a new towels no nothing we using all our own cuz of that dam hotel

Shockingly disappointing
Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at Invictus Hotel was extremely disappointing and very different from what was advertised.

We were kept waiting an unreasonably long time before we could check in, despite arriving in extremely hot weather. Rather than being welcomed and helped, we immediately felt judged and uncomfortable. Throughout the stay there were constant stares and glares from staff. As two English-speaking female tourists, we were left with the very strong impression that the language we spoke and the fact that we were Western tourists affected how we were treated. I cannot speak to anyone’s private intentions, but I can describe how it felt: discriminatory, hostile and deeply unwelcoming. A hotel choosing to advertise internationally should make all paying guests feel welcome, regardless of their nationality or language.

The cleanliness was appalling. Our bathroom was genuinely disgusting. There were marks, dirt and grime throughout. The grout was extremely dirty, the shower was dirty, and there were visible marks around the toilet brush holder, bin and bathroom fittings. It did not smell clean or fresh and was not somewhere either of us felt comfortable showering. The towels were incredibly cheap and poor quality. For the amount we paid, this was completely unacceptable.

The hygiene around the breakfast buffet and kitchen area was also extremely concerning. This is where food was being served, yet there was visible dirt and marks all over the walls and dirt across the floor. This cannot simply be dismissed as normal wear and tear. An area where guests are eating and food is being served should be kept exceptionally clean.

The poor condition continued throughout the property. There were marks all over the walls around the lifts on level 7 and throughout communal areas. The entire hotel appeared to need a thorough deep clean and considerably more attention to maintenance.

The views were completely misleading. I specifically requested a mountain view.
