I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent booking.

The room provided by the property was significantly different from the room I booked through Booking.com. The actual room did not match the photos, description, or conditions stated in my reservation.

I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the room:

- The room provided was not the room I booked, and the difference was substantial.
- The room was not properly cleaned and was in an unacceptable condition.
- The bedsheets appeared to have barely been changed and did not look fresh or clean.
- The bathroom/toilet was extremely dirty and unhygienic.
- There was a significant amount of dust throughout the room.
- The actual room and facilities did not meet the conditions advertised on Booking.com.
- The overall service provided by the property was also very poor and unsatisfactory.

I booked this property based on the information and photos provided on Booking.com, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised.

This is unacceptable, especially considering that I paid for a room based on the booking conditions shown on your platform.

I have photos/videos as evidence of the actual condition of the room. I would like Booking.com to investigate this matter with the property and arrange an appropriate refund or compensation.

I hope Booking.com will take this complaint seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Suka sebab murah sahaja. Katil okay. Tandas okay

Cons:

Aircond filter tebal berhabuk lama tak service. So bilik panas. Lif tak ada tapi legit lah dengan harga. Ironing service pun asal ada je nyah. Bantal, tuala macam tak pernah cuci elok. Nampak kesan peta. Hotel oyo much better than this.
