was pleastent but could of been improved by small touches
Pros:

i liked the rooms where easy to find

Cons:

i didnt like the fact we only had 1 small room and someone else was sleeping in there with us there was also no tv no kettle no towels no soaps nothing provided and it was also verry crammed for a small room and matress was verry hard

Hidden fees. They have hidden fees!! Dont pay. Why would I book, and then after booking you ask me to pay extra 100 pounds as a deposit? And then tell me younwill return the deposit in a week..
My friend, If I had that 100 pounds I would have stayed in a 4 star!!hotel. Its all a scam business

Nice room, but got disappointed
Pros:

Room was a quite big and bathroom was well built

Cons:

Door lock was quite hard to open and they didn’t advertised that I was going to share an apartment with other people, saying that it was a hotel room.

The window doesn’t open entirely and I couldn’t sleep well.

They also left some trash and provided a shower gel and shampoo, but the bottles were completely empty.
Because of that, I needed to go out nearly at midnight just to try to find something to take a shower.

Also, there was no bin in the room and I needed to throw out some stuff in the street bin

Cons:

The room with a private bathroom has a severe bedbug infestation. I fed them with dozens of bites and am still waiting for compensation... So far, I have only been met with denials (despite having shown the bugs on-site) and promises that it will be investigated... This space is unfit for rental and should be shut down.
