Worst place to stay in Mumbai. Never agin!

Absolutely Nothing good about this hotel

⭐ 0/10 – Extremely disappointing stay. We felt completely unwelcome and unsupported.

Our experience at this property was honestly a nightmare, especially considering the circumstances of our visit.

My husband is a cancer patient, and he was very sick after an extremely long and exhausting day at Tata Memorial Hospital. We checked in at 4:00 AM after a long day of mefical check ups and investigations and we were only able to take rest for a few hours. We checked out on the same day.

Prior to my booking only i put my requests about late check out and couple of other things on booking.com but no reply to my messages.

Since we had checked in so late, we requested reception for a late check-out. We explained our situation clearly, but our request was initially denied. We understood their policy and, despite the inconvenience, agreed to extend our stay and pay for the additional time.

However, later in the morning, we received a call from reception asking us to check out because the property was sold out. They did not even check with us before selling the room. They told us that we didn't book/paid for today so they sold the room. We already informed reception about our extension. This was extremely upsetting because we had already unpacked and settled into the room, and we had even ordered food through room service.

What made the situation much worse was the way the reception staff communicated with us. There was very little empathy or understanding. Considering that guests may sometimes be staying because of medical treatment or other difficult circumstances, we expected at least basic courtesy and compassion. We requested to get connected with the manager but the reception told us that he is in a meeting and never got a call back. They are not humans, just Roberts.

After repeatedly requesting them, they finally agreed to allow us to stay until 12:30 PM.
