La habitación individual no tenía buena ventilación, ni productos de aseo y tenía muy mal olor

The lack of ventilation, the continuously humid atmosphere, and a persistent musty odor suggested that the room’s condition is not healthy for guests

Old wire rack bed base so when you moved the wires creaked and were noise so woke me up
Wi fi did not work
TV did not work
Hot water out of basin tap scalding and dangerous
Big clear glass window looked at back yard where staff go and no privacy like a net curtain

No remote to TV
No main bathroom light
Shower screen broken

There were no staff on the premises, and when I rang the number on the front door, they came from another hotel. They said they had five other hotels. Why not sell one hotel and use the money to repair this utter mess of a hotel? Dirty, an acrid smell, furniture falling apart, damaged wall plaster and paintwork, threadbare carpets – need I go on? My tiny room was extremely hot, with a local air conditioner from a neighbouring business humming all night. I could not open the tiny slither of a high-up window, as it opened against a flat roof with seagulls eager to hop in. So much for the view I was promised. The awful smell was unbelievable – like a rotting body. I wanted to go home, but it was too late in the evening.

Window and curtains didn't close properly. Shower head has a trickle.

Nothing really, the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in, so uncomfortable I think it was comfier to sleep on the floor! The bathroom was manky had pubic hair over the shower still

The bed was hard, mattress was thin, room was boiling hot, having to walk to a different hitel to check in and collect the key, the weird smell. The friends with us in a different room, their room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned

staff, rooms, cleanliness, tidyness, no comfort, no courtesy oeverall I hated everything

No receptionist. Locked doors unable to go into building..bed was too hard

I didn't stay here as there was no travel cot for my baby
The staff were just pure rude on the phone I tried to get an answer to a question I asked 48 hours they finally answered

Room was in a state, counter tops covered in crumbs, carpet stained with food waste (tomato sauce stain near window). The ceiling had a damp patch not even attempted to tidy up or paint over. Bathroom light didn't work so had to use facilities in the dark or with door open. Shower head broken so showering was a pain and tv remote didn't work, couldn't replace batteries myself as the case was inexplicably superglued shut??

1. Serenity Check in reception in completely different location, Hotel wi fi absolutely laggy, 2. TV not working at all , car park (8 parking slots) not available due to busy period and random users ( we found out that hotel quests were not the only ones using it as we had an issue with constant alarm beeping in the night in one of the cars) , hotel interiors having not very pleasant smell and also room furniture very very tired. Bathroom stock very poor.
