No receptionist. Locked doors unable to go into building..bed was too hard

I didn't stay here as there was no travel cot for my baby
The staff were just pure rude on the phone I tried to get an answer to a question I asked 48 hours they finally answered

Room was in a state, counter tops covered in crumbs, carpet stained with food waste (tomato sauce stain near window). The ceiling had a damp patch not even attempted to tidy up or paint over. Bathroom light didn't work so had to use facilities in the dark or with door open. Shower head broken so showering was a pain and tv remote didn't work, couldn't replace batteries myself as the case was inexplicably superglued shut??

1. Serenity Check in reception in completely different location, Hotel wi fi absolutely laggy, 2. TV not working at all , car park (8 parking slots) not available due to busy period and random users ( we found out that hotel quests were not the only ones using it as we had an issue with constant alarm beeping in the night in one of the cars) , hotel interiors having not very pleasant smell and also room furniture very very tired. Bathroom stock very poor.

Staff were creepy, checking in system was weird, no cold running water, entire property smelt, room was in poor condition. Cheap mattress and thin sheets, there was a gap inbetween the wall and the window. It was clear that people were living in the hotel and the doors simply had a key to lock them, no other security or safety. Would have been very easy for the room to be broken into. We looked around the room and left and stayed in a different one, a horrible gut feeling

After being moved from this hotel as it stank of curry and the rooms we had been assigned looked nothing like the photos and our 2 rooms were on different floors I asked for my money back. We couldn't originally get into this hotel as its not manned and had to ring 2 different phone numbers before managing to speak to anyone. They were more concerned about us paying for parking. We asked for are money back but they declined. They suggested moving us to another one of their hotels so we accepted. Again the place stank of curry. Their were curry stains on the carpet. The bunk beds were so wobbly and unsafe we took the mattresses off and put them on the floor. We were given a key safe number to enter the property which was irrelevant as the lock was broke so anyone could walk in. On checking out we had to go to another hotel to hand our keys in which was unmanned after 20 mins of trying some other guests left meaning we could gain access. The TV signal was horrendous u couldn't really watch it. Due to the lack of staff and the broken door we just felt unsafe. We will never be returning

The double bed was like sleeping on the floor i got 59 minutes sleep all night
