Pros:

Cloudia on the front desk was super friendly and nice.
£6 24 hour parking.
Having a shower and loo en-suite.
Free shower gels and shampoo.
Tea and coffee facilities.

Cons:

I'm 5'11". Too big for their single beds, which didn't make it very comfortable.
Road noise but then you are close to town.
Don't know who does their maintenance but think he/she needs some lessons.
Carpets are seriously RANK.
No where to out your wash bag or items in the shower, other than the floor.

I will not return
Pros:

Shower and bathroom clean
Good to have a fridge but not right by the bed noisy
Spacious room for one person
Easy check out

Cons:

Old wire rack bed base so when you moved the wires creaked and were noise so woke me up
Wi fi did not work
TV did not work
Hot water out of basin tap scalding and dangerous
Big clear glass window looked at back yard where staff go and no privacy like a net curtain

Awful, this hotel has not been repaired for years. It is an insult to its guests....

There were no staff on the premises, and when I rang the number on the front door, they came from another hotel. They said they had five other hotels. Why not sell one hotel and use the money to repair this utter mess of a hotel? Dirty, an acrid smell, furniture falling apart, damaged wall plaster and paintwork, threadbare carpets – need I go on? My tiny room was extremely hot, with a local air conditioner from a neighbouring business humming all night. I could not open the tiny slither of a high-up window, as it opened against a flat roof with seagulls eager to hop in. So much for the view I was promised. The awful smell was unbelievable – like a rotting body. I wanted to go home, but it was too late in the evening.

Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be using this hotel again!

Nothing really, the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in, so uncomfortable I think it was comfier to sleep on the floor!

Cons:

The bed was hard, mattress was thin, room was boiling hot, having to walk to a different hitel to check in and collect the key, the weird smell. The friends with us in a different room, their room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned

It was the worst experience of my life.
Pros:

There was nothing to be liked there, staff incompetant and stupid, had no sense or respect for familiy, pictures of rooms showed online was totally fake, rooms were so dirty n smelly, even alocohol bottles of previous people were not removed from the room, overall its a fraud and scam so never ever choose them. Broken furniture and broken tv, no AC or even a fan available even I offered to pay extra. My whole family couldn't sleep whole night due to strong bad smell and heat.

I didn't stay here as there was no travel cot for my baby
The staff were just pure rude on the phone I tried to get an answer to a question I asked 48 hours they finally answered
