Tudo ótimo! Os recepcionistas tem muito educação e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, disponibilizam 4 travesseiros e isso é muito importante. Muito limpo tudo, sem reclamações!

Cons:

Gostei de tudo! Se pudesse propor uma melhoria seria incluir uma balança para pesar as malas.

Pros:

We booked this hotel specifically because the rooms were a decent size and looked new. It did not disappoint. There's a few subway stations within walking distance so it's easy to get around the city. The area itself is unexpectedly lovely, plenty to eat, not crowded, and convenience stores every direction you turn. Our room was reasonably sized, modern, and had a nice balcony that we never used once.

Cons:

Nothing really. It's a small boutique hotel so we weren't expecting 5-star service, but staff were always friendly and available at the front desk if needed.

Terrible management.
Pros:

Good design and spacious.

Cons:

This was the worst maintained hotel I have ever been to.
There were trash in the rooms during checkout and our rooms had a faulty AC with a filter that had clearly been never cleaned for an extended period of time. The floor had stains and you could easily tell that the whole facility is trying to save money on every single thing they can.

It's just a terrible experience considering the price per night at this hotel.

Great staff and good clean room but the price was too much. also need better wifi or they need to stop advertising wifi

very clean and modern hotel. very respectful staff every single staff me member was great and respectful. best hotel staff i encountered at japan

Cons:

was very small compared to other hotels i went to but the price was more expensive. the wifi was advertised as exceptional but was the slowest hotel wifi i experienced in japan. was pretty disappointed with the WiFi because i needed it for work and it was very slow.
