Good design and spacious.
This was the worst maintained hotel I have ever been to.
There were trash in the rooms during checkout and our rooms had a faulty AC with a filter that had clearly been never cleaned for an extended period of time. The floor had stains and you could easily tell that the whole facility is trying to save money on every single thing they can.
It's just a terrible experience considering the price per night at this hotel.

very clean and modern hotel. very respectful staff every single staff me member was great and respectful. best hotel staff i encountered at japan
was very small compared to other hotels i went to but the price was more expensive. the wifi was advertised as exceptional but was the slowest hotel wifi i experienced in japan. was pretty disappointed with the WiFi because i needed it for work and it was very slow.

Piccolo hotel in buona posizione, non è adiacente a nessuna stazione, ma è abbastanza vicino a diverse linee della metropolitana, quindi abbastanza comodo per spostarsi nei vari quartieri della zona est di Tokyo.
Camera spaziosa per gli standard di Tokyo, avevamo bisogno di spazio per 4 valigie e siamo riusciti a gestirle comodamente. C'era anche un piccolo balconcino.

Staff gentile e disponibile, sono tutti giovani e parlano inglese.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen.
Es waren Flecken auf dem Teppich und auf der Wand. Die Dusche wurde auch nicht gründlich geputzt.
