Très belle expérience
Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à la Villa Bellevue à Novi Vinodolski et nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 %.
Le personnel sur place est vraiment aux petits soins. Tout est joli, soigné et de très bon goût. La petite piscine est très bien aménagée, avec plusieurs corners salon agréables à différents endroits. Il y a également une petite salle de jeux et de sport, ce qui est très appréciable.
L’emplacement est parfait : à environ 4 minutes à pied du bord de l’eau, un peu à l’écart pour être au calme, mais proche de tout : supérette, supermarché, restaurants.
Nous avions réservé un appartement avec kitchenette et terrasse. Le logement était très spacieux, bien équipé, confortable, avec une très bonne literie.
Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Cons:

Rien à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour.

Petite amélioration : petit déjeuner proposé avec la chambre serait un vrai plus🤗

Predivan apartman na odličnoj lokaciji. Sve je bilo čisto, uredno i veoma udobno. Boravak je protekao bez ikakvih problema, a domaćini su bili ljubazni i susretljivi. Sve preporuke!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht vor Ort aber es war trotzdem sehr schön. Bei unserer Ankunft am frühen Abend wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice hotel for short or long stay

Hello everyone!

A quick spoiler: this is an excellent hotel. I highly recommend it for a one-night or multi-night stay, or even as a convenient base for exploring the region.

Pros:

Convenient location of the town, close to Crikvenica.
The hotel itself is conveniently located near the motorway exit.
Easy parking — just leave your car and forget about it.
Friendly staff greet you right in the parking area and escort you to your room.
We received a complimentary room upgrade and were given an absolutely stunning room with a sea view.
The hotel is clean, bright, and clearly designed with great care and attention to detail.
There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds.
Several good restaurants and the sea are within a 10–15 minute walk.

For us, this hotel was a very pleasant discovery.

Cons:

The drawbacks are not particularly significant.

Just note that there is no elevator in the building, so if your room is on one of the upper floors, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The second drawback is actually a consequence of the hotel's first advantage. Because the hotel is located quite close to the motorway, road noise can reach the rooms due to the local acoustics. Therefore, at night it is best to keep the windows closed and use the air conditioning instead.
