Che non funzionava l'aria condizionata che c'èra il condizionatore rotto però devo dire che la signora mi ha fatto trovare il ventilatore e sì è scusata quindi l'ho apprezzato tanto

TITLE: Had to leave due to non-functioning air conditioning and poor overall condition

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the room was extremely hot and that the air conditioning was not working at all. To be clear, this was not a situation where the unit was "not cooling properly" – it was simply not functioning.

After a long and tiring journey, I was too exhausted to spend the evening arguing or trying to troubleshoot the issue. Since the room was not reasonably habitable in those temperatures, I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel that same night in order to get some rest. I informed the owner about the situation the following day.

In addition, the balcony and surrounding areas appeared poorly maintained and unclean, with visible debris and litter present, which created a disappointing first impression of the property.

I left the room and premises in good order and also provided photographs.

What disappointed me most was the lack of understanding regarding the situation and the unwillingness to offer any refund, despite the fact that I was unable to stay due to the non-functioning air conditioning.

A working air-conditioning system is a basic and essential amenity, especially during the summer months. Unfortunately, because of the accommodation conditions and the need to find alternative lodging immediately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Pros: Central location.

Cons: Non-functioning air conditioning, room too hot to stay in, poorly maintained balcony area, and disappointing handling of the complaint and refund request.

Zelf chek in.Ze laten een code zonder op de hoogte te brengen dat het doosje geopend moet worden om de sleutel te halen.Hulp bij de barber shop ernaast gevraagd.4 sleutels gekregen en ik had 2 nodig.Bjna van plan om af te zeggen en dat vond de tiranic eigenares uit tirana skandenberg residences niet leuk en ze laat een bericht op de deur van mijn kamer om dat ze regels hebben alsof ik een crimineel was terwijl ze de dingen ingewikkelde maakte.Dat is bekend voor mensen met omgedraaide normen en waarden of helemaal geen van die twee.Afgeraden om hier te blijven.Een andere man wilde het naar gevoel di was ontstaan op te lossen maaf het was te laat om terug te draaien.Nare vrouw de eigenares van die hotel.

Dirty, window facing big street- was very noisy till 2am

It shows in the picture that I have a studio apartment with a kitchen but the shared kitchen. toilet was very small and in the room there is no mirror. the window front of the bed has no courtin.

Bathroom was a bit small for comfortable using.
