Pros:

We liked the venue itself - we traveled there to see if we might consider it for our future wedding. We also took a wine tour & were quite happy with the provided service,

Cons:

We booked a certain room for our stay, as we wanted to test it out for our future wedding planning. A few days before our arrival, we received a WhatsApp message from one of the managers, I guess, saying that the room we booked originally was no longer available due to 'technical reasons' and that we had a different room in a different building, but we would get the price difference as compensation instead. Hence, we asked for a wine tasting for the price difference. When we arrived at the venue around 6 pm, there was already another wedding taking place, so it was very busy, and there was no one at the reception. We had to call & wait for someone to come meet us, and the lady who was working at the reception that night seemed extremely unprofessional, as we had to always ask for everything, like "so, where is our room? where do we have breakfast? when is checout?" & she seemed to have to always have to double-check that info with someone and get back to us, so a lot of our time was wasted when we were checking in & out (we waited for 1h to be checked out), as she had to reconfirm everything through audios & she didn't know anything herself. The personnel working at the restaurant were very nice & professional tho. We also asked the lady if we could see other rooms & have a tour around the whole facility, as we were considerung it for our future wedding, and she was like 'the manager is not here, and i donno anything' (even though we asked to have someone to show us around, upon our booking few weeks in advance). The lady also gave us the wrong times for breakfast the next morning.

Also, due to the wedding, there was super loud music at night, and by 23:30 it was not shut off; we had to contact the original WhatsApp number that texted us about the room change to ask to have the music turned down, and after a few minutes, the sound was reduced.

Solo vale la pena el lugar y restaurante. Evitar hotel
Pros:

La gente del restaurant, y Nika, quien nos hizo una cata de vinos impecable, nos mostró la bodega y contó todo sobre los vinos georgianos.

Cons:

Primero, reservamos dos noches, pero la primer noche no tenían espacio y nos enviaron a otro hotel.
Luego, al volver a Nekresi, habíamos reservado una habitación doble superior. Nos dieron una habitación en la tercera planta, sin ascensor, nadie se molestó en ofrecer ayuda para subir las cosas. La habitación parecía no estar totalmente lista para recibir huéspedes. No llegaba bien el internet, el baño olía mal y el inodoro perdía agua. La habitación tiene una ventana pequeña, con un black-out bastante penoso.

Horrible
Pros:

They gave us room on 3 rd floor, no elevator, low ceiling, horrible smell in the entire building, there were bats fling in the corridor, we didn’t stay at night. Worst experience ever. The receptionist didn’t know about service at all, like she was doing favors to us as she was doing here regular job.

Cons:

Restaurant was good, friendly staff in restaurant, tasty food.

Wunderschönes Weingut mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Das Weingut war super schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, das eigene Restaurant war top und sehr lecker, genauso wie das Frühstück und die angebotenen Aktivitäten wie die Cooking Masterclass und die Weinprobe interessant. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die Lage in der Nähe des Nekresi Monastery auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten im Vorfeld versucht, den Kochkurs und die Weinprobe zu buchen. Auf die Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert und vor Ort hatten wir das Gefühl, dass es eigentlich nicht gut passt. Es wurde aber dennoch ermöglicht und sich auch ausreichend Zeit genommen.

Will come back but will make reservation at the hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved it only sad part was that i can with reservation of two nights and ended up staying oy one due to mistake that either booking did or your hotel and had to go back home which was very inconvenient

Cons:

Mistake of reservation, there was no room and had to go home to Tbilisi

Ремонт в общих помещениях, дорогая мебель, некоторые решения в номере

Cons:

Нет москитных сеток на окнах. Двери настолько тонкие и без притвора, что слышно всё что за ними происходит. Ванная комната без какой-либо звукоизоляции - будет слышно всё. Ванная протекает в помещение спальни

Прекрасная Тоскана в Грузии!
Pros:

Замечательно расположение отеля. Красивая и ухоженная территория. Продуманный дизайн. В номерах очень удобные матрасы.
Взяли с друзьями винную дегустацию и ни разу не пожалели. Уехали с коробкой вина. Достойная кухня. Завтрак превзошел все ожидания.
Бассейн на фоне гор - отдельный восторг. Складывалось ощущение будто мы попали в местную Тоскану.

Cons:

Есть маленькие недочеты в номерах, которые просто следует чуть-чуть обновить, чтобы дотянуть до идеала.
