Pros:

Nothing nice to say . I slepted on sofa in front room that felt like I was sleeping on wooden pallets . The front room was rammed with furniture that you couldn't move around . It was not clean at all .

Me and my friend we can’t stay because property owner told me leave our property

Nothing I like because property is fake .booking.com is farud property showing .they take my money I can’t stay.please refund my money.

When we arrived 1:55 o clock.our check in 2:00 o clock.I contact with he.he told me I am late 30mintes.if she wait why he mentioned check in 2:00 o clock.so when she came 2:27 o clock she talk way very routed.i ask why u are late she told why u ask this question…? She open door I am going inside of property but my friend outside of property.so I opens the door my friend she told me please leave our property why you open the door.I already complained about this.when she talk harassing way so we leave the property.and she can’t have me back my money.Next time I can’t used book room from booking.com.its original fraud.

Great location, flexibility on arrival/departure
Pros:

Great location, bus stop at end of road, walking distance to Victoria Park. Host friendly and welcoming us into their home, helped us with directions and info for the local area. Flexibility on arrival/departure times. We would stay again.

This was not as advertised. Shared house with crazy rules no noise and one bedroom with a makeshift unsecure lock. Shared bathroom and no facilities at all. Literally just a womans house who is trying to make a buck not worth the money.

Don't sop at this shit hole
Pros:

The place was a total s*#t hole filth everywhere. Our room was advertised as a double with a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed it was a fold out camp bed with the thinest mattress. When I told the lady about it she said to put more duvets on from the wardrobe which I may add were not clean neither was any of the other bedding. The whole place needs a coat of paint every corner has cobwebs with dust on them every surface was unclean the toilet hat not been wiped for a while. The supposed toiletries were watered down as well as the washing up liquid. And the host is either crazy and or very rude she just talks over you all the time.

Shared Air BnB style, no air con, friendly host
Pros:

Very friendly staff and accommodating of requests, helped with directions and advice for London

Cons:

Room listed air conditioning but did not have it.
Shared bathroom with poor ventilation.
Other guest put chain accross door and was luckily in and awake when I came back or I would have been locked out, parking was confusing

Awful, wouldn't recommend.
Cons:

- No shared bathroom
- No private parking, had to arrange for an hour with host despite saying we were in a rush to get off from check in
- No A/C
- Stickers on wall
- Messy garden
- No spa bath
- Very dirty shower/bathroom
- Host was belittling and made me feel uncomfortable, was telling me how to turn a light on and off, speaking to me like I was 12
- No as advertised
- Too many things cluttering our room

Pros:

Cancelled at the last minute when I called the landlord in front of the property. I was forced to return to Brighton a come back the following morning. Avoid at all costs
