Shared Air BnB style, no air con, friendly host
Pros:

Very friendly staff and accommodating of requests, helped with directions and advice for London

Cons:

Room listed air conditioning but did not have it.
Shared bathroom with poor ventilation.
Other guest put chain accross door and was luckily in and awake when I came back or I would have been locked out, parking was confusing

Awful, wouldn't recommend.
Cons:

- No shared bathroom
- No private parking, had to arrange for an hour with host despite saying we were in a rush to get off from check in
- No A/C
- Stickers on wall
- Messy garden
- No spa bath
- Very dirty shower/bathroom
- Host was belittling and made me feel uncomfortable, was telling me how to turn a light on and off, speaking to me like I was 12
- No as advertised
- Too many things cluttering our room

Pros:

Cancelled at the last minute when I called the landlord in front of the property. I was forced to return to Brighton a come back the following morning. Avoid at all costs

Unique and homely. Perfect if you need to stay in the Hackney area.
Pros:

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great value and very homely. The location was ideal to for my purpose in London.

Cons:

It wasn't a private bathroom as advertised, which was a shame, but that didn't affect my stay.

The insure manager is wonderful. The property is awful

Pros:

The host was really lovely and welcoming, she made sure we were completely comfortable and had access to everything we needed.
It definitely felt like staying in someone's house which was nice because it felt more welcoming, but we still had the privacy and catering you'd expect from a bnb.

Cons:

the bed was a little uncomfortable but it was certainly far from the worst i've slept on.

The staff are wonderful but the facilities are not
Pros:

Yossi is wonderful and is the perfect person for any property

Cons:

The booking states private bathroom. Nope. There are two bathrooms for 7 rooms.

Comfortable place, well located with a friendly host.
Pros:

Very well located, right by the canal. Host was friendly and place was clean.

Cons:

Lounge was a little cluttered, which would have made it difficult to use the sofabed (which I didn’t need).

Unexpected
Pros:

It was next to the canal which was very nice. The host was nice

Cons:

The room was not what we expected. It was very cluttered , full of exercise equipment and a table and chairs and stools and the bed was cordoned off with curtains. A fridge and freezer in the room full of pre cooked food and chillis. It was very strange. No private bathroom, a shower room when you enter the property.

Not for me I wouldn’t return unless the lady wasn’t there. She wasn’t bad just really annoying and bit rude and repetiti

Location from where I was filming

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t private like it described. The Tv wasn’t working.
The lady working there was 70 which she kept mentioning and just seemed like she shouldn’t be left alone. Kept interrupting me when I tried to ask and answer aa question. Very patronising I did t feel comfortable. It was clean but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Disgraceful. Waste of money and time
Pros:

Probably the worst stay i have ever had. pictures did not match the place at all. cramped room and very very unclean.

Cons:

the place was extremely dirty. Had to book another place instead and got no refund.
false advertising at its finest
