Pros:

Pas grand chose.
Le gardien était serviable et attentionné.

Cons:

Chambre vétuste avec le montant d'un 2eme lit appuyé contre le mur et une moquette douteuse au sol.
Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre (que la bombe désodorisante donnée par le gardien a masqué momentanément et de renfermé en général).
Pas de drap dessus, juste un plaid. J'ai dû en demander 1. Le drap de dessous n'était pas adapté à la taille du matelas, durant la nuit il a fallu le tirer à plusieurs reprises pour ne pas être directement sur le matelas.

Avoid if you can
Pros:

The room was spacious

Cons:

The room stank really badly and the carpet was filthy. Uncomfortable bed and pillow, hot water was only enough for one person and the second shower was cold.
The room was near the entrance and extremely noisy. People working there were shouting at all hours, played music at 6am and loud noise could be heard from the road all night.
