Guest Reviews
Nothing
Room is very old, Switches and lights are old. Showing in pictures very nice but actually not feel the same. Also not favour for family, because other rooms was bachelors,so openly using liquors. So I don't like to stay with family.
After booking,a few hrs latter they asked me to cancel
Rooms should be allotted only if rooms are available
Otherwise no booking should be allowed
Location and all others bad..not deserving for 3 star rating
Unprofessional approach by staff..poor cleaning.. no daily cleaning…ac not working..shower fully clogged..exhaust fan not working..wash basin tap not functioning..bed sheets never changed.everything disappointing
Great rooms
Limited vegetarian food selection
Nothing
Unprofessional attitude by staff
The rate was exorbitant for that room.. Booked after looking at the false photos of the room.. Rates too high for the small town..?It's not a city know!
Location and very friendly staff!!
We could got a better offer than online since the diff was bit high
It's at the centre. Easy to access etc..the staff were responding positively to my questions and requirements
Cleanliness was not at all up to the mark. It felt like a lodge. The comforters smelt sweat. I demanded fresh sheets and they gave me two fresh bedsheets to my relief..the property smelt of cigarette smoke. Washrooms and the whole room weren't cleaned thoroughly. More than the size of the room these are things that matter.
It's not worth of money I paid
No daily. cleaning
No hot water in the wash room
Not changing bath towels
Nothing
Very old and unclean hotel. The room stinks.
Old building and furnitures, old looking . not worth for the money
