Pros:

Room was decent and massive. Looks fancy actually. 15 min walk to koln hbf! Close to shops and restos.

Cons:

Not their fault, but there were group of people or couple not sure,on the 1st floor monday morning at 6. Shouting and yelling at each other. Banging doors for an hour. Ffs! Those barbarics should be banned at all hotels. No social manners at all."quiet hours" signage would've prevented this..

Pros:

U-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel, man kommt schnell überall hin. Gute Essensauswahl direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Zimmer war Nachmittags noch nicht fertig und es wurde nur semi geputzt. War aber soweit ok

There was someone else's hair on the bedding. And when we asked it to repladed with clean sheets, no one ever did. Even though we stayed for 4 nights.

Cons:

We arrived around 23:00, when we went up to our room the beds weren’t made and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We went back to the reception and other guests were also having trouble with their rooms as the hotel overbooked. When we mentioned our unclean room and showed them a picture the staff said they were gonna clean it. She came back after 5 minutes but when we went up again it was clear she didn’t change the sheets but just made the bed. There were hairs and stains all over the bedding, so obviously this was the same bedding the previous guests slept in. Very unsanitary.

Pros:

I liked that i arived with 4 collega, in the evening and that it was closed ( 20.00) no reason, no email. And no money back.

Cons:

No contact, really bad situation for me ane collega, closed without reason or heads up so we can check a new hotel.

Cons:

Ấm đun nước sạch sẽ , nhưng bên trong bị đóng cặn vôi.

You get what you paid for for the room, that’s fine. The room I’ve booked however wasn’t cleaned properly after the last guest; there were melted ice cream left in the fridge that was not removed, hair and previous guest’s body wash left in the bathroom and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic which is a major safety issue. I informed the receptionist on the first day I checked in and was promised these will be fixed; but until I checked out, none of this were taken care of and no cleaning whatsoever of the room.

Pros:

Terrible service, cancelled the reservation last minute, we didn’t get the notification before we arrived to the hotel, they kicked us out of the front desk and closed the door on us.
