The bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

On a very busy clubbing street, the traffic is very loud and there is no aircon so if it was hot you would have to open the windows and have a very disrupted sleep. The sink and shower were also clogged and could not drain properly

Leider kann ich das Diamonds Hotel Köln nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und haben insgesamt 226 €

Сбежал оттуда после первой ночи , приводил в номер персонал , показывал всю ситуацию , объяснил , что спать не возможно.
Pros:

Местоположение самый центр , но имейте ввиду , что уснуть не получится из шума тусовки на улице , даже среди недели .

Cons:

Совсем отсутствует система вентиляции и кондиционирования. В ванной есть одно единственное вентиляционная отверстие, которое не работает на жилую часть помещения. И даже влажность в ванной не вытягивает.. жара и духота просто адская. Спал с открытым окном и открытой дверью в коридор ( на цепочке), что хоть как то продувало. На улице +30 , при этом стояк горячей воды проходит внутри комнаты , к радиаторам и Хотя радиатор отключен , он нагревается от трубы стояка.

Pros:

Super Zentrale Lage, keine Probleme mit Personal und co.

Cons:

Badezimmer in unreinem Zustand.
Wasserschaden wurde einfach provisorisch geflickt.
Bettwäsche war ok.
Zimmerkarten gingen immer wieder nicht.
Allgemein sehr Lautes Umfeld, jedoch bei der Lage kein wunder.

It was quite clean.

Cons:

Extreme amounts of noise outside, with people honking and revving their cars late at night. The lock to the room door was broken, you had to use a door chain lock. The soap dispenser was empty in the shower. The handle to the bathroom door handle came off when I was closing the door.

The location was good, near to supermarket and other things around walking

Cons:

When we arrived, we were given a room with no bed sheets on the mattress, no soap, and no shampoo. We were also asked to pay €10 just to get the air conditioning remote control.

The receptionist then tried to make the bed by putting a single bed sheet on top of the mattress, even though it wasn’t the correct size. We politely asked how that could be acceptable, but instead of helping us, he responded rudely and asked, “What’s your problem?”

After keeping us waiting downstairs, he finally gave us another room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in that room barely worked, so we spent both nights sweating and feeling very uncomfortable.

Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Sehr ruhig, Privatsphäre, wie ein 2. zuhause

Cons:

Um Air condition nutzen zu können, musste man eine Kaution für die Fernbedienung hinterlegen.

Wünschenswert wäre Wasserkocher und mini Gefrierfach.

für den Preis absolut jeden zu empfehlen.
