Mi az ami tetszett - Minden! A reggeli kíváló, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Többször jártam már Istanbulban, de már csak is itt szállok meg náluk! :-)

The best bed ever!
Pros:

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We even tried to find the mattress brand because we slept so well, but it appears to have been specially made for Ibis. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Хороший отель для транзитной ночёвки. Есть всё необходимое, включая парковку и завтраки, которые работают до 11:30, что позволяет хорошо выспаться

اسواء إدارة فندق لا تليق بمستوى فنادق أيبس التي اعرفها وتعاملت معها على مستوى تركيا او في اي دوله هل من المعقول نظام التكيف عطلان في الفندق كامل ومنذو فتره ولم يتم اصلاحه كان حجزي 4 غرف كلها عطلان التكيف وعند مراجعة الاستقبال افدونا انه عطلان ومنذ فتره كان عليه لا يقبل الحجز حتى إصلاح التكيف

La stanza era fredda e il riscaldamento non funzionava al secondo piano stanza 204 alle ore 23.00 quando sono rientrato la camera era fredda e mi è stato detto che che eventualmente potevo cambiare camera, il problema è che avevo già disfatto le valigie nel pomeriggio e a quell'ora non mi andava di rifarle per cambiare camera, loro sapevano già che non funzionava il riscaldamento e mi hanno dato ugualmente la camera.... gestione da bocciare assolutamente
