Pros:

何よりも、部屋からのマッターホルンの眺めは最高でした。朝晩、ベランダで、マッターホルンを眺めながら、時を過ごしました。
スイス鉄道、登山鉄道駅からも近く、スネガ方面への乗り場、村内バス乗り場は目の前と、大変便利な立地でした。

あえて言えば、エレベーターが無く、荷物を3階まで運び上げることです。

Loved our stay, the bath and balcony were a real treat.
Pros:

Location, we liked having a balcony and an actual bath. Good breakfast

Cons:

Our room was on the 4th floor so it’s a shame there isn’t a lift although we were aware before arrival. It would also be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Not good for long stays or lots of luggage
Pros:

Nice garden & entry.

Cons:

Loud , no lift , restaurant closed too early . No shampoo or body lotion. Very small room no space for luggage.

Pas télé en Français (on dit écran plat un vieux poste de 30 ans)nous sommes pas à Zermatt pour la télé mais finale de tennis la réceptionniste est venue règler dit que c'est réglé mais vous n'avez pas de son!!!! Équipement sommaire mème pas un petit frigo pour l'eau-juste propre pas acceuillant du tout pour le prix mème pas le petit déjeuner si on veut faire part de notre mécontentement on nous répond bonne journée pas d'ascenseur
