Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location next to the river and a few minutes walk from the main train station. The staff is friendly and were accomodating to our special requests. The breakfast was also very nice. There was a nice view of the matterhorn from the balcony along with the sound of the river! The hotel reception closes at 9pm but the key system works perfectly. Overall a great value stay in Zermatt.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Conveniently located less than ten minutes walk from the train station, the hotel overlooks the (channelized) river. The staff was professional, helpful, and gracious. The breakfast was good and ready to go without delay. It’s a five minute walk to the central shopping area. We were pleased with our decision to stay there.

Cons:

Other than a narrow staircase to the second floor to bring your suitcase, no criticism. It’s a good choice.

素晴らしいホテルでした！日本人観光客でも安心！
Pros:

部屋から見えるマッターホルンが素晴らしい！
清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごせた！バスタブがあってとても良かった！朝ごはんがとても美味しかった！スタッフの対応がとても良かった！拙い英語でも笑顔で対応してくれた。

Cons:

スイス全体のホテル事情にもよるが、冷蔵庫がなかった。
枕が低かった。

有阳台，可以坐在户外欣赏街景和山景。非常惬意。而且窗户隔音非常好，关上以后，几乎听不到河水湍流的声音。

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la terminal de tren. A pocas cuadras hay un supermercado con buenos precios. El hotel impecable, las habitaciones y el baño. Al frente del hotel está para hacer la ruta de los 5 lagos. Nos encantó

Pros:

Emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la gare.
Attention, pas d'ascenseur pour ceux qui ont de grosses valises et qui doivent monter plusieurs étages.
Personnel très gentil.
Déjeuner complet et varié.

すごく良かった。
Pros:

清潔感のある設備とベランダからの景観、立地、朝食
チェックアウトの時に雨が降っていたので、ホテルの車で送ってもらえた(価格は忘れた)

Cons:

エレベーターがないので、大きくて重たいスーツケースを運ぶのは大変だった。
