Check-in durch Herrn Sahkirici war sehr freundlich und informativ, tolles Zimmer mit eigenem Wohnbereich, hell wegen der bodenlangen Fenster, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen

Cons:

Beschilderung bei der Garage und Weg zu Hotelparkplätzen unzureichend, Service beim Frühstück unterbesetzt, Zimmer war hellhörig (zuschlagende Türen und Trampeltiere im Stock oberhalb)

Disappointing for a Pullman hotel
Cons:

The staff was not helpful nor friendly except for one young man at Reception
Although part of a travel group, we extended our stay after the tour finished. I informed Reception at the time of check-in and was told that everything was taken care of, however, our room was cancelled when the tour finished and our room cancelled, resulting in us having to re-check-in.
The bathroom was not appropriate for 2 friends sharing the room. Lighting for the bathroom was very badly designed as there was no dedicated light for the shower, resulting in either having to shower in the dark or flooding the room with light and waking up the other person.
The location was too far from everything

Wir kommen wieder, empfehlenswert. Mega Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig, für jeden etwas dabei. Der unterirdische Parkplatz unter dem Hotel war auch super und das Auto ist sicher. Das Personal freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Die Decke zu den Zimmer im Flur, da weiß man nicht, ob die Decke noch renoviert wird oder es zum industriellen Charme gehört.

Pros:

We took this hotel room for a night, because we had a wedding nearby. We ended up getting upgraded to a suit and were extremely pleased. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

We only stayed for one night, so there was not much time to find things not to like.

Great new hotel, needs more people on reception ( the one there are great but alone). Minimum 2 peop

Great new hotel, rooms are very dissent in size, you have all amenities you need

Cons:

Reception is understaffed. Both on check in and check out had to wait more than 10 minutes to check in or check out because there was no one at reception
