Begrüßung normalerweise: Herzlich willkommen. Wie war Ihre Anreise?
Begrüßung Pannonia Tower: Hallo! Check in ist erst ab 15.00 Uhr!

Wenn ich um 11.00 Uhr anreise erwarte ich nur im Glücksfall ein bezugfertiges Zimmer. Die Möglichkeit einzuchecken und gegebenenfalls das Gepäck zu deponieren sehr wohl. Ein Gefühl von Aufmerksamkeit und des Willkommens ebenso. Leider wurden die letzten beiden Punkte nicht erfüllt, zumindest nicht zu meinem Zeitpunkt.
