A fab stay in a lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast.

We would definitely stay here again but there are a few areas needing improvement
Pros:

This is a good hotel and we have stayed here before. The location is very good, and there are plenty of supermarkets in the area. The train station is attached to the hotel and is a fantastic feature. The hotel is clean which very is important. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the rooms were good. The rooftop pool area is a great feature and the ability to sit there for sunset is important although I do feel it closes too early. We have stayed here before and we would stay here again, absolutely.

Cons:

On our last visits to the hotel, we had issues in our rooms with the air-conditioning not being sufficient. We were very disappointed that once again one of our rooms had the same problem where the air conditioning was just not cool enough and did not have enough power to make a difference in the room. This is clearly a problem that the hotel has more widely as it has happened before and I note others have said the same thing. In addition this is unfortunately a hotel where the design of the bedroom doors is that they slam shut rather than gently close and earplugs were required as doors were slamming around us regularly. This is clearly a buildings issue rather than the hotel management and clearly nothing can be done so I would suggest earplugs if staying here. It would be nice if the rooftop bar area was open late. The bar itself upstairs closes early and guests are allowed to remain up there for some time after however at about 8pm we were asked to leave politely as the cleaning for the next day was required. This area could be made into a wonderful nighttime feature with relaxed music and a nice ambience. In addition I do hope the outside seating area downstairs is upgraded soon as the seats and tables are old, worn and dirty although it is a very nice feature to have albeit in need of an upgrade. That being said we would definitely stay here again and are generally happy and satisfied guests.

Tolles Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und ein Wasserkocher sowie eine Minibar mit Getränken steht zur Verfügung.
Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar ist sehr schön und im Frühling ist es noch angenehm warm hier. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof Estación Vialia Maria Zambrano bietet eine gute ÖV-Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Auch ein kleines Gym lädt zu einem Morgenworkout ein. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
