We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at September Hotel in Thessaloniki, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make this special occasion truly magical. We were incredibly surprised and touched when they upgraded us to a room with a private pool and treated us to a complimentary breakfast. We also received vouchers with discounts for massages, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

When we entered our room, we were welcomed with a personalized anniversary card, a bottle of wine, delicious sweets, and an assortment of exotic fruits. The attention to detail and genuine care they showed made us feel incredibly special.

Everything about this hotel reflects true five-star hospitality. The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, always smiling, and ready to help immediately with anything we needed. Even when we asked for extra towels, they arrived almost instantly.

The food and drinks were exceptional, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

Thanks to the entire team, our anniversary celebration became even more memorable. We truly enjoyed every single moment and left with the most wonderful memories. This is exactly what a five-star hotel should be.

I got a free room upgrade, with my bedroom directly facing the pool and with a private small garden.

The breakfast is awesome, you can find everything and it's all delicious.

The staff speak perfectly in English, they are very kind and polite.

The gym is not bad at all and the staff brings you fresh water and fruits.

The pool is awesome and everywhere you go they give you the towels or other stuff that you might need.

The rooms are beautiful and clean

Amazing hotel - surpaased our expectations by its beauty and aeshtetic. Biggest swimming pool I have ever been. Great personnel, caring and always looking for our happiness. Food was great, the room was definitely fantastic. I wanted a hoterl; near the airport but I was not expecting that kind of environment - felt like still on vacation!

They provided us early check in and free room upgrade next to the pool. We had really good stay, enjoyed it to the full. The pool is huge exactly as it is shown in the photos. It is located closely to the shopping mall. Very friendly staff. Amazing staying in general.
