Very poor for the money, basic travelodge or hostel would be better value

Window falling out, toilet not secured to the wall, narrow stairs, shower cold, missing fire call buttons, no real means of escape on higher floors, rear wall of property ready for collapse.

Excelente ubicación y grandes detalles del personal, ideal para aprovechar el día en Londres
Pros:

Lo mejor:
Ubicación perfecta: Muy bien situado y cómodo para moverse por la ciudad.
Atención del personal: El trato fue excelente, muy atentos y amables en todo momento.
Detalle del desayuno: Se agradece muchísimo que ofrezcan café, leche y galletas gratis. Te ahorras el gasto del desayuno y, al tomar algo rápido ahí mismo, ganas un tiempo valiosísimo por la mañana para salir directamente a recorrer la ciudad.

Cons:

Lo peor:
Los aseos: Los grifos de los lavabos son bastante viejos y hay que girarlos mucho para que salga el agua.
Las duchas: La presión/potencia del agua era bastante débil.
A pesar de estos detalles del baño, no empañaron en absoluto nuestra estancia. Repetiríamos y lo recomendamos.

Pros:

Very pleasantly service. We asked fridge receptionist solved this problem immediately. Location is very perfect nearby is Underground and Train station. In the room have got all what you need towels, soaps and etc.

Pros:

De locatie is top en ligt in een fijne buurt. Het hele hotel is erg klein. De receptie is 24/7 bereikbaar, waardoor er ook laat ingechechekt kon worden. De kamer is smal, maar wel schoon. De faciliteiten zijn verouderd.

Cons:

De bedden waren niet al te groot, eigenlijk zoals de gehele kamer. Daarnaast was er geen airco aanwezig, wat wel wat balen was met het warme weer.

Do not book!
Pros:

Location was great. Hotel staff were friendly. Bedding was clean, however we didn't look under the sheet.

Cons:

The room was very very dated! Decor very old, ripped wall paper, ripped net curtains, carpets decayed, musty, extremely hot, almost unbearable heat (like sweat running down your back hot). Ground floor room with sash windows, these could not be left open overnight due to been at street level. We arrived an hour earlier to check in, to drop bags, as prearranged with Hotel, to be shown to the room we were staying in, uncleaned from previous guests! Their pillows still had their head marks in them! Bathroom was clean-ish, but used at our own peril! This again was off putting. This is a very honest review. This has got to be the worst place we have ever stayed.

Ohne Komfort und völlig überteuert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Sehr abgenutztes (seit den frühen 80er Jahrwn nichts mehr gemacht, schlecht riechendes Zimmer mit bröckelnden Fenstern, zu weichem Betten und winzigem Bad, sehr heiß ohne Klimanlage.

Great for budget travel.
Pros:

Small hotel with a great location. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Fan was provided. Neighbourhood was quiet. Luggage storage after check out. Great value and would stay again.

Cons:

As mentioned by the hotel, no air conditioning. A bit dated, but that did not bother us. Water pressure was weak, but manageable. Wifi was weak at some points, but mostly was good.
