Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the choice very varied. The room was in an annexe on the ground floor which is what was asked for. It was very comfortable and the beds were excellent. Great locati9n and ideal place to stay.

The bathroom heating would not switch off so that made the room exceptionally warm to sleep

2young teenage boys appeared to be the only members of staff and it was obvious they didn't want to be working there.
The food was very basic, my partners pizza was obviously a bought pizza from a freezer shop, very poor quality.

Don't intend to make a third bidit

It's location.

Cons:

The ensuite bathroom was so small it was difficult to occupy. No elevater, and under staffed. Having to carry out luggage up three flights of stairs was a struggle to say the least that could be said. Moreover, the bed clothes were not buttoned. My wife did the job. And one of the staff attempting to set up the TV had it fall round him. Thankfully heceas not injured.
