Una piacevole giornata romana
Pros:

Letto comodo. Frigo in camera. Bagno grande e nuovissimo. Camera con balconcino che dava su un giardino. Personale gentilissimo a qualunque ora del giorno o della notte.
Ottima gelateria nella vicina Via Ippocrate. Molti locali dove mangiare,, bere un drink. Da segnalare nella vicina Via delle province un locale che sforna continuamente pizze e pangoccioli (brioche con gocce di cioccolato venduti anche in formato famiglia).
Nella stessa via il Cinema delle Province che propone anche lavori di giovani artisti.

Cons:

L''hotel a un primo piano era raggiungibile con l'ascensore. Purtroppo il piano 0 dell'ascensore era a una decina di gradini dalla strada: avrei preferito saperlo.
Nel cestino del bagno (per altro pulitissimo) era rimasta una cicca di sigaretta...

Sehr nettes, unkompliziertes Kleinhotel im Studentenviertel!
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die angenehme und unkomplizierte Art des Personals, die Flexibilität und auch Buchung des Taxis zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Durch die Lage nahe der Uniklinik und an der Straße, zudem Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer, mitunter etwas laut, auch nachts.

Pros:

Polite staff, decent location (close to the metro, with several pizzerias nearby, and the city center is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking), and a balcony.

Cons:

The place is in very poor condition. The walls are cracked and dirty, the floor is tiled, and the sink is literally inside the bedroom. The water in the shower was barely warm. The tap sprays water everywhere

One evening the electricity went out in the entire building for about 20 minutes, while everything in the surrounding area was working normally. There is air conditioning, but it’s in very bad shape — I had to leave it running all night at 16°C. At 5 a.m. I woke up because ice was literally falling out of it onto the floor (first time I’ve ever seen that, check the photo).

For €100, this was the most basic and problematic stay I’ve had in my life. If you just need a place to sleep for one night, it might be okay. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Pros:

Location is not bad. Change of towels every day.

Cons:

No sound proof, I could hear all the clients alarms in the morning. Room was not very clean under the bed.
