Great location. Clear communication from staff as I arrived after hours and had no problem accessing the property. Super clean. Staff was accommodating and let me leave my bags after checkout for a few hours so that I could explore Belgrade before my next destination. I will absolutely stay here again when I pass thru Belgrade!

Naplatili su mi parking za auto 40 evra za dve noći. Mislim da neću više koristiti njihove usluge.
- Clear & convenient self check-in instructions delivered via WhatsApp.
- Great location, near comfy botanical garden (note for the explorers - entry ticket is cash-only), ~15m to center via taxi.
- Friendly staff at the restaurant, able to think out-of-the-box & made minor requested changes to my breakfast.
- I had an issue with another unrelated booking was only reachable via local phone number (I've only had a data plan). The receptionist was very friendly and allowed me to use her personal phone to call there & sort things out.
- Minor-size issues (didn't bother me too much) - had discharged batteries in both safe & floor scales, several buttons on the main entrance code lock are hard to press (during self check-in)
- Medium-size issue - the hotel has an outdoor restaurant on an immovable wooden platform with sofas & tables (unable to hide or stack). During one of the nights it has attracted a loud group of tourists which affected my sleep (the room was on the 1st floor). Gladly, when I've quit the building & explained there is a hotel upstairs full of guests sleeping, they've politely collaborated. But my guess it might not be the first time just due to the nature of that outdoor restaurant.

Behalig nydlig ren seng. Værelse størrelse meget fint. Badeværelse småt, men alligevel, fordi det er rent og nyt meget indbydende. Køleskab lydløs.
Klima anlægget larmer. Vi slukkede for den.
Der var ingen personale efter kl. 20.00 kan trække i den negative retning. Vi fik skrevet med personalet om udtjekning så det faldt på plads.
