Pros:

La struttura l’ho apprezzata tantissimo per l’accoglienza dello staff pronto e disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare al meglio i luoghi d’interesse della zona migliorando la mia vacanza. Davvero molto molto preparati. La stanza era pulitissima e anche molto comoda così come il bagno. Struttura sicuramente suggestiva perché immersa tra gli ulivi. Consiglio questa struttura per chi desidera trovare un ambiente caratteristico ed elegante.

Superbe hotel, chambre spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Manque seulement une machine à café et une bouilloire, ce serait parfait.
J’ajoute que nous avons magnifiquement bien mangé au restaurant (avec un mari sicilien exigeant envers la cuisine locale), et le personnel était très professionnel et agréable (en particulier Nino) !

Cons:

Il était écrit sur booking que le séjour était gratuit pour notre enfant de 20 mois. Cependant il a fallu payer un supplément de 20 euros pour le lit bébé, supplément qui a aucun moment n’est mentionné sur booking. Cela ne me semble pas normal et nous l’avons mentionné à établissement : écrivez le clairement dans les conditions de l’établissement sur booking.
Par ailleurs, nous étions le seul couple avec un enfant, qui plus est en bas âge, et je dois avouer ne pas m’être sentie très à l’aise à la piscine autour de laquelle seuls des adultes se reposaient dans un silence quasi total. Je ne peux pas dire que les gens aient été malveillants avec mon fils, au contraire, mais je pense qu’il est important de savoir que l’endroit est très calme et assez chic.
Il n’en reste pas moins que le personnel était très agréable.

Heerlijk verblijf tussen de olijfbomen
Pros:

Mooi strak pand, goed verzorgd, mooi zwembad middenin de olijfgaard met fijne stoelen/ligbedden en parasols. Slaapkamer ruim, schoon, verduisterende gordijnen, geruisloze airco. Ontbijt goed niet echt bijzonder, wel fijn dat er elke dag ander fruit was al keurig schoongemaakt. Tja en dan denk je met de koffie kan het niet mis gaan en dan krijg je een cappuccino met teveel schuim die er ook niet fraai uitziet, dat kan aan degene liggen die ‘m maakte maar wat ons betreft moet dit in Italië niet kunnen, dus zou het personeel daar even op trainen.
Ook fijn dat de auto redelijk in de schaduw kon staan. We hebben er in de avond niet gegeten, we waren er maar 3 dagen en gingen steeds naar Marsala. We zagen wel dat het iedere avond helemaal vol zat ook met locals dus dat geeft wel aan dat het goed is.

Cons:

Niets, en over de koffie is natuurlijk peanuts, we zouden het zeker weer boeken.

Très bel endroit, très relaxant
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, belles chambres spacieuses, le petit déjeuner est excellent.
Les alentours ne payent pas de mines mais avec une voiture c’est parfait, proche de Marsala et des Salines.
Nous avons eu un enjeu avec la climatisation mais le personnel nous a gentiment offert de changer de chambre qui était mieux.
La piscine était très belle et les chaises de patios disponibles et suffisantes pour accueillir les clients.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine après 19h malgré la chaleur.

Schöne Zimmer, feines Essen, gepflegte Anlage.

Leider war die Lüftung im Zimmer für unser Empfinden die ganze Nacht sehr laut, was die Schlafqualität beeinflusst hat.

Relax allo stato puro
Pros:

Struttura nuova, immersa negli ulivi, silenziosa e dunque perfetta per staccare completamente la mente dalla routine. Ottima la pulizia delle camere e della piscina. Staff cordiale e sempre a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Inoltre ottimo il ristorante che offre piatti della tradizione locale ma con estro che offre anche ottimi piatti preparati con il pescato del giorno. La struttura gode inoltre di ottima posizione sia per la vicinanza alla meravigliose saline che al centro di Marsala. Torneremo di sicuro.

Soggiorno meraviglioso

Ci sono posti che ti restano nel cuore, e questo è sicuramente uno di quelli. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un sorriso e un’attenzione che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno.
La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa, immersa in un contesto incantevole e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La pulizia è impeccabile e rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. È grazie a persone così che un semplice soggiorno si trasforma in un ricordo speciale.
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare presso il ristorante dell’albergo e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Ogni piatto si è distinto per la qualità delle materie prime e la cura nella preparazione. Il pesce, freschissimo e sapientemente cucinato, ha reso la cena particolarmente piacevole e memorabile.
Desideriamo rivolgere un sentito ringraziamento ai camerieri Nino e Salvo, che con la loro professionalità, cortesia e attenzione ai dettagli hanno contribuito a rendere il servizio impeccabile. La loro disponibilità e il loro sorriso hanno fatto la differenza, trasformando una semplice cena in un momento di autentico piacere.

Buona struttura per rilassarsi.

Struttura abbastanza nuova. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, per rilassarsi in totale armonia in mezzo agli ulivi. Pezzo forte: il ristorante! Da provare assolutamente la cena in loco.

Struttura molto bella e curata. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale. Buonissima la colazione, c'è anche possibiltà di cenare in struttura a bordo piscina! Le stanze accoglienti e pulite.
