Pros:

We had an amazing stay! The service was exceptional, and the hotel management was outstanding. Everything was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The only minor issue was that the shower leaked a little, but it didn’t affect our overall experience at all. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, afordable and great location for all needs.
Pros:

The hotel staff was exceptional. There was plenty of space in the room, clean and easy access to the beach and main part of town. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

My main concern was that there was construction going on two doors from our room and the noise from the drill was annoying. At one point the water was shut off. Also, it was not clear which food items were complementary and those we were charged for.

Awesome stay
Pros:

The location is spectacular, the food is awesome, the staff are kind , the room spacious and clean, the dinner by the ocean is breathtaking

The corridor and balconies could use some more cleaning

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, la propreté irréprochable et le confort au rendez-vous. Literie, climatisation, accueil : tout était parfait. Aucun point négatif à signaler. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !gros bisous à ROSA de l'accueil

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne la langue. Pour un hôtel international 4 étoiles, il est regrettable que si peu de membres du personnel parlent français, notamment dans les espaces de restauration et à la piscine.

Not a 4 stars for international standards but overall nice

The staff was very nice, they had a large pool, nice breakfast, bar with beachview

Cons:

The room service is very slow and not properly developped. The room telephone wasn’t working. I left my luggage with them for a few days and when I got it back it was infested with ants (i didn’t have any food in my bag). I had to easy some clothes urgently in their laundry because of the poison we sprayed and they charged me for that laundry which they shouldn’t have. Overall for Cape Verde standards it’s a nice hotel but for international standards it’s not a 4 stars hotel, it’s maybe a 3

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Oasis hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, tolle Lage mit grossem Pool für Kinder. Zimmer mit schönem Meerblick. Besonders hilfreich waren der frühe Check-in und späte Check-out mit unseren kleinen Kindern – so konnten wir die Zeit ganz entspannt geniessen. Ganz liebe Grüsse an ganzes Team, besonders Rosana 😊

Île magnifique dommage trop de déchets partout

L’emplacement, le personnel du restaurant super gentille.

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles je l’ai trouvé sale et pas de entretien du matériel ainsi que des installations.
