Cons:

Minor issue -
glasses weren’t cleaned properly. Booked in for 3 nights and only got 1 towel per person, 2x towels pp would have been ideal.

Loved the cabin, warm and comfy, had a late check in heater turned on for us thank you! Nice and clean, common room a bonus! Hot shower!

The shower was good.

Dirty room. Cold, heater did not work properly it just made a loud beeping noise. Lacking in customer service. Very disappointing.
