Pros:

The pool is really nice, around the resort you can see a lot of animals and fruit. They helped us arranged the safari for good price.

Cons:

They are really trying but there is a lot room for improvement. There was only cold water in the shower, no one speak english, but they are good with communication through booking messages.
The main door are lifted from the floor so once we came home there were at least 20 bugs infront of the door and they were able to enter whole time.
The bread at the breakfast was dry. Also the pictures are nicer than reality.

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia
Pros:

La piscina, aunque no estaba impoluta, estaba muy bien porque además el agua no estaba fría. El personal muy atento y amable. Nos ayudaron a reservar el jeep para el safari en Minneriya por un precio estupendo. Al estar en una zona rural es un lujo bañarse en la piscina viendo animales salvajes en las proximidades (monos, pavos reales, lagartos monitor, etc).

Cons:

El nivel de inglés es muy muy justo para comunicarse. Estando bastante apartado de lugares donde comer deberían ofrecer servicio de comidas y cenas, bueno, la verdad es que no lo sé porque no lo indican en ningún sitio.

Grandes chambres avec airco
Piscine très chouette et nous a fait du bien après les excursions
Personnel charmant mais très compliqué de discuter avec eux car l'anglais n'était pas du tout géré!

Cons:

Les alentours de la piscine étaient assez négligés,
Impossible de communiquer avec le personnel pour d'éventuelles questions
Hôtel situé sur une route très fréquentée et mal éclairée donc compliqué d'aller chercher un restaurant dans les environs le soir.
On avions augmenté notre fourchette de prix pour cet établissement et nous attendions à un meilleur service général pour ce prix là.
C'était bien mais on s'attendait à mieux étant donné le prix!

Enig minpuntje : ondanks de vermelding in de beschrijving kan je er geen fietsen huren. Wat verder in het dorp kan het wel.

Personnel au petit soin toujours prêt à rendre service et à nous satisfaire . Lits confortables.

Cons:

La piscine mériterait un nettoyage et les extérieurs ainsi que la zone de repas de sérieux aménagements , car ils se détériorent. Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain inondant le sol en continu. Un peu cher pouf la prestation. Repas vraiment pas bon( congelé) . Petit dejeuner copieux

A great stay with one minor inconvenience...
Pros:

Ideally located for exploring the main attractions in the area, and easy to reach from all major cities. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the outdoor swimming pool is a welcome bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and, unlike some comparable B&Bs, there was no sense of being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The WiFi connection was poor, which appears to be due to weak 4G/5G signal in the area rather than any fault of the property itself. That said, investing in a fibre broadband connection would make a noticeable difference, as mobile internet in the vicinity is quite unreliable. It rarely posed a serious problem, but accessing information online did prove a little frustrating at times.
